Conveinent

Posted May 24, 2015
Stayed just one night for my sons soccer tournament that was held at CSLBU. It was so conveinent to get to the University from hotel, and easy access to freeways. Clean and comfortable. We ate across the street at Spaghettini, good luck finding a place to park, a little pricey, but the food was beyond delicious and live Jazz band made it worth it. 5 minute drive and you have every restaurant, cafe, and department store you'd like. Great location for the hotel, and we had a great weekend. See you next year!

Exquisite Hotel

Posted May 23, 2015
We will definitely stay at Ayres Hotel again, when we return to Southern California. The staff was great. They have a chef that actually cooks the FREE breakfast, right in front of you. Decor was fabulous. Our stay was a 15 out of 10 rating.

Ayers Hotels are wonderful

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: Water pressure and taste could be improved. The water has a pungent taste so we bring our own drinking water. The water pressure changes.
Location: Located on Seal Beach Blvd and close to the beaches, dining, shopping, etc.
We've stayed here three times now. This is a European style hotel and very upscale. There is a courtyard with an outdoor fireplace to relax, full hot breakfast each morning, and managers reception Monday through Thursday. If you want to stay at a great hotel, stay here.

The location is perfect for Long Beach and Seal Beach area. It was nice to have free parking. The breakfast was good although I thought it was understaffed. That being said the staff did an excellent job!!!!

Large elegant rooms

Posted Apr 28, 2015
I booked this hotel for a girls weekend away from home. I picked it because it had 2 queen beds instead of double beds. The room was large and beautiful, and comfortable enough for 4 adults. We enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast area as well.

Overnight Stay

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. The complementary breakfast appeared to be quite nice but we didn't have it.
Cons: Add a bar!
Location: Jazz brunch across the street at Spaghettini's; a bitpricey but very fun and great food. Seal Beach and Long Beach were only 10 minutes away,
My friends and I stayed her as part of a getaway weekend. The property was very nice, the staff was great, and the rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. For some reason I thought there would be dining on the property, but I just didn't research that part, however, there were plenty of places to eat nearby and a short drive away. For the price this was a great place for what we needed.

I just stayed overnight, but the night clerk was helpful, and the included breakfast was better than I would have expected.

Nice hotel close to seal beach and interstates.

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Everything.
Cons: The reception was nice, but very basic. Maybe a few more snack options.
Location: We were about 10 minutes from the beach, close to interstates for Disneyland.
We loved the hotel and will return when we are in the area. Nice breakfast and reception. Helpful staff. Loved the décor and patio.

Nice for a short stay in Seal Beach

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: We liked: the location, free parking and other free amenities. We also liked their environmental efforts in respect to electricity.
Cons: The bed was too soft for our tastes. They should have recycling for plastic bottles, etc.
Location: The location allows for easy access to nearby restaurants and to various tourist/historic sites.
The front desk gentleman was pleasant and efficient. He warned us that there was a prom that weekend. Luckily for us, we had earplugs. No problems with noise due to the earplugs and the hotel obviously tried their best to situated non-prom guests far away from the prom kids. I applaud them for that. Hotel decor made you feel like you were in Italy or Spain. It was a nice stay.
