Days Inn Orange

It was pretty marginal.

The room was supposed to be no smoking and smelled like cigarettes and very strong cleaning materials. Refrigerator was empty and dirty.

We stayed one night due to a concert at Honda Center. The room was nice. The lady at the front upgraded my king size bed to two queens because she saw I booked for 3 people for no charge. They had free wifi, but the problem was that, our room was at the corner, so we couldn't catch the wifi, the only time our phones would connect to it, is if we were going out to the car. Good thing we didn't rely on their wifi for internet. The toliet flushed slowly and three times the toliet wouldn't stop making noise, but luckily I was able to fix that. Also, the sink drained very slowly. But overall, the place was nice. It was close to the Honda Center, it was easy to find.

Very dissatisfied..not at all what was advertised

This motel is nothing fancy, but it is a decent room for the price and location. My biggest concern was that the carpet in the room was dirty. I would not go barefoot in the room. Also the wifi was free but it had weak reception in the room.

Room we were given #201 is the only room that does NOT have an elevator. The entire carpet was wet in the room. Wet enough to soak my entire family's socks on the way to bed. The carpet smelled like cat pee. There was cat fur all over the couch. If it wasnt for my cpap machine having a filter, I would have had an asthma attack as I am allergic to cats. The bedside light would not turn on. The bedroom window had no screen and the AC was in the living room. We arrived @ 1am so we were to tired to complain. When we got back from our day we arrived to a room that was not cleaned. I went to complain to the manager and the reply was "Oh Yeah, I saw that your room wasn't clean because you put up your do not disturb sign." We never placed this sign on there and we were out of the room at 8am and back at 1am. That should have been plenty of time to clean the room. I had to go get towels from the lobby myself as a result.

Room is great bed was a little firm for me but for the price I was very satisfied.

Mtery sister and I were very comfortable. Also, the young woman at the check-in counter was very helpful and personable. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

It was a little noisy in the morning. Gardeners and cars driving by on Main Street. There is also a hospital nearby so ambulances drive by often. Other than that is was great!

ok place to stay for a short visit. the toilet was off the foundation. so everytime you sit it rocked. the sink had a very slow drain. the beds were hard. and the staff smoked. so when you're eating the complimentary breakfast ....you can smell the cigarette in the air.
