The hotel is renovated and the decor is very nice throughout the lobby and in the room. The room is a bit snug and you can hear everything. The beds are uncomfortable. The bathroom is older with a fresh coat of paint. The only outlets are near the tv and middle nightstand. There is an alarm clock with a charging station so that is nice. The TV only has cable stations which now a days I'd prefer streaming options to. The cafe and restaurant are convenient and comparable in price to everything locally. The location is great to Knotts and a short drive to Disneyland. There are also multiple restaurants within driving distance as well as a drug store and gas station. They do offer a shuttle to Disneyland however it has to be scheduled and does not run late. The pool is very nice and has a water play area for kids. 3 stars due to being woken up at night by a car alarm and crying babies. Also when we asked for a toothbrush that we forgot they suggested the gift shop instead of providing one as most hotels would do complimentary. The location is great but I would not stay here again.

Amazing staff. Very clean and great environment. Definitely returning for future trips in the area. Also.. LOVE LOVE the smell when you first enter the hotel.

I reserved a room with a king bed, they said that’s what I was checking in to when I arrived and then it was a queen bed. Kind of frustrating because it massively impacted my sleep which was the only reason I was there.

The hotel is beautiful and the lobby smells like berries. The room was nice and the walk to Knotts Berry Farm is easy. We didn't have time this trip to use the pool, but it looked nice and the kids were happy that they have a splash pad. There is no complimentary breakfast and the new restaurant off of the lobby was a bit pricier than what we wanted to pay. We bought some muffins from the Starbucks in the lobby instead.

From the time we walked in you could smell clean, we have stayed in a lot of places but they cleaned all the time here. It was close to a lot of attractions and easy to find your way to and from

We love this plce first time but our dinner at the restaurant inside was not hot and when you pay 50 dollars for a steak and sides it should be hot thats the cooks fault not the server she was understanding other than that it was great

The hotel was nice since it's been refurbished. The parking is still being worked on, but once it's finished it will be just as nice. The rooms were updated, as well. We enjoyed our room. The staff and accommodations were very pleasant. We will stay here again in the future.
