“What a beautifully appointed historic home! We enjoyed our stay at Stonewall Crossing immensely! Very clean and great attention to detail! Plenty of room for the family to gather, but also space to have quiet time. We felt transported back in time!”

“My fiancé and I stayed at the Joseph Funk house while meeting with vendors for our upcoming wedding. We chose to stay at this house because of its beautiful kitchen. When we arrived we were surprised with hospitality of fresh flowers in several rooms and fruit on the kitchen counter. There was also sealed coffee and creamer ready for use. It’s nice to see the a host fee actually used for hosting. We enjoyed reading and flipping through photos of the history of Joseph Funk and his contributions...

“This was a very nice place to stay to visit our family over the Thanksgiving week. An older house with rich ambience. We loved the kitchen and it's wrap around view of the very nice backyard. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything worked. The house was neat and clean, with a modern bathroom upstairs and a convenient bathroom downstairs.”

“The cabin was the perfect place to stay for our annual ski trip to Bryce Resort. We used the activity passes to go skiing and snowtubing during the day and enjoyed relaxing in this cozy cabin each evening. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and enjoyed playing games and watching movies together. Next year we hooe to be able to return and stay at this cabin again.”

“Such a relaxing experience. Especially being a couple blocks from Main Street so everything was walkable. Seven Bends State Park is literally behind the house up the mountain. And Woodstock Brewhouse had the best salads and beer. Highly recommend!”

“If you want peace and privacy close to Lost River State park this one is for you. Super clean super quiet and what a lovely little getaway for 2! The privacy leans more towards bringing food etc with you as the closest town isn't super close but everyone was so friendly! We really loved this place and it proved just why they say the WVA is almost heaven. Thank you both for a wonderful stay!”

“We stayed here to be able to attend our daughter's graduation from JMU. The cabin was super clean and had everything you could want while being away from home. We looked forward to coming back to the cabin each evening. Very peaceful and felt like we were in a tree house with all the trees in full leaf bloom. Very pretty area.
