Pros- very clean and nicely decorated, practically brand new Cons- front desk staff made 3 groups stand to wait for check-in until 3:00. We had arrived at 2:45 and they wouldn’t give us a room. Also, they charged for market items we didn’t buy. They did refund my credit card when I questioned it

Worst experience ever dealing with the Hamptons and I use them often for everywhere me and my family travels the power went out and when trying to speak to the front desk staff for more information he was so rude told us be quiet and go back to our rooms never will I use this location again

The staff were wonderful. My room was very nice & clean. Breakfast was good but all the tables had food on them. I sat at the cleanest one. Right before I finished eating, someone started wiping down the tables

This was a fairly standard Hampton Inn, providing what you would expect.The location is near restaurants, shopping, a park, and a metra stop - easy to navigate if you have a car; an affordable option to staying in downtown Chicago. Our only quibbles were 1. although the room seemed pretty clean, the floor was not well vacuumed: there were crumbs, lint, a random pill, and piece of broken glass here and there; 2. the hot water was very warm but not as hot as I prefer; I suggest turning it up a degree or two. Staff members were very welcoming, attentive and friendly.

The staff was awesome. They were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The area is nice and quiet and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping. Will come back again when in the area.

Great Stay
In the area for an event. We had a lovely weekend stay. Very friendly front desk staff, large variety for breakfast and a very comfortable bed. We will definitely choose this hotel for future stays in the area. Hotel is located on a street that has to have every possible chain restaurant in America!
