Another guest at the hotel verbally abused my wife and I when he saw our car with NY license plates. Followed us to our room while challenging me to fight and threatening us Florida’s Stand Your Ground. This indicated that he may have been armed with a gun. Called us the N word while walking around our car and rushed up to the passenger window as we were leaving. Reported it to the front desk when checking out. I give them a picture of the license plate and was told security will look into it. After a few minutes security hadn’t showed up so we left. About an hour later security manager called me to say that they were looking into it and the car wasn’t there. They promised to call us back. He said they would give us some discount on our next trip. Don’t want to use this company anymore.

It was a great stay. The location is excellent. Walkable to the Pointe with shoppes and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised that Starbucks is inside the hotel lobby. 3 pools which was very nice. The rooms were very clean. Great stay. Highly Recommend!

Area around the property was wonderful. Ease in walking to a nice meal along with a few drinks and a bit of entertainment. The hotel staff was pleasant and the room clean.

Today was a horrible checkin day. After a long day and walking from the back parking lot because i had a oversize vehicle in the sun to check in. Walk all the way back to building F the keys don't work. Another roundtrip in the sun to get new keys in the exhausting heat and they still didn't work. Had to wait for security to let us in our room. Got in to room late and had less time to sleep before i checkout at 11:30pm

Traumatic experience All my belongings stollen from my room My trip was ruined. I came back to the hotel and all my belongings were gone. It was frightening and traumatic. The service to rectify the problem was not acceptable. I had a terrible night having to reporting the stolen items. I lost out on my last day of holiday trying to connect with hotel staff to help me with my missing and stollen items. My holiday, my wife’s holiday and my daughter’s holiday was ruined and I can not get back my lost holiday time spent dealing with my missing items. Walking into a room that has had all our things stolen is traumatic.

If I could rate them zero, I would. Firstly, the room looked nothing like the pictures. Secondly, it was dirty with stains on the bed sheets and hair in the restroom. While I understand that perfection isn't always feasible, the condition was unacceptable. We left the hotel within five minutes of arriving. Despite politely requesting a refund, they refused, citing their policy. I have evidence documenting the poor cleanliness and maintenance standards.
