I loved that there isn’t any housekeeping unless you ask. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to leave my room just so housekeeping could do their thing. Pool was pleasant. Good restaurants nearby. Very quiet property. Will stay there again.

Staff was wonderful. Very friendly. Pool was fantastic. The drive to and from Disney was not bad at all. We did not stay in our room much as r we were always on the go but the time we did spend was pleasant. Only complaint if you can even call it that, was not much lighting in the rooms ( my family hated that) however I loved it. Also, whatever they use to clean the floors made the floors feel like they were in a constant state of sticky but not candy sticky more like condensation sticky. But again neither of those were deal breakers. Overall, great stay, great price and great friendly staff. Would stay again.

would go back again. didn't like floors maintenance in room, wasn't clean to where felt could go bear foot. spotless bathroom. had sufficient vending and ice. loved using mobile phone for room check in, door, and services. did sleep restful.

Our floors were so dirty. We had to wear our socks the whole stay and bought cheap flip flops. Had a year year old son who couldn’t even play down on the floor with. Cause cause his hands would get so dirty. Staff was friendly.

Love that I had not to stop at the front desk at the time of checking in, it was very convenient since I arrived around 2:30am and I just wanted to go straight to my room. The room was very nice, my only complaint was two little things, the lamps were not bright enough in the living area, the bathroom lights were perfect. The second complaint was that there were tiny ants everywhere, nothing crazy but not normal either. Other than that loved the pool and common areas.

Property was nice and quiet. I like that they have tile flooring no carpets. Lots of parking. Room needs better lighting. My keypad battery was low so they gave me a key and never gotten to replace the battery in 4 days.

I loved the cleanliness of my room, and the amenities that was available, microwave, refrigerator, iron/ironing board, pullout sofa bed, blow dryer, plenty of shampoo/conditioner, shower gel if it was needed fully loaded. I also loved the pre-check in over the phone that once I arrived I had full access with both codes to the gate/room without ever having to go to the front desk. I also loved the location that was near so many restaurants, stores (gift shops) gas stations, my overall stay was great and I would definitely return again as well as refer others as well, Thank you Sonder.

Very easy check in/out process. I had questions while I was at the airport prior to check in, hotel staff was easily and conveniently accessible through the app and answered my questions right away. Pool/hot tub were really nice but closed too early for us to use daily. Room had several outlets not working so we had to unplug some lamps, etc. to plug in all our chargers. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall excellent hotel for our Disney trip.

This has been such a wonderful stay and very affordable. To top it off with free transport to the Disney theme parks which I mostly came for, this has been such a high quality stay. Definitely would recommend Sonder to my friends/coworkers from this pleasant experience I had!

Clean hotel, nice staff, easy access with a keypad to unlock the room. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and large. You could walk to Cracker Barrel from your room. Parking was convenient and easy. The only downside was the hot tub was not working and our feet would turn black just from walking around inside the room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

A wonderful stay for a party of six. This place is clean!! We saw the cleaning crew on hands and knees cleaning this place. That was a big one for me. My kids LOVED the pool. ( and hot tub ) The entire staff was super accommodating and friendly. We needed additional towels and to our surprise they were delivered to our room, with the warmest smile. This place is super close to Disney! We arrived at Hollywood Studios and remembered something we left in our room and my husband went back and forth in about 20 minutes. There are so many store within a few minutes, Target, Publix, Chick Fil A, Starbucks… to name only a few. We loved every single moment at Sonder Cirrus. So much, that I tried to extend our stay, but they were fully booked. ( Spring break ) Until next time!

We arrived at the hotel at noon and we had the access code to enter our hotel room which was ready, but they asked us to pay $20 USD to go in early! The location of the hotel was great. However, the room is quite dark even with all the lamps on. Our major complaint was there were small bugs on the counters every time we looked. I would wake up and kill about 20-50 of them every day… got a bit queasy by the end of the week! There’s no “front desk” to check into, but there is staff in one of the buildings to answer questions.

We stayed the week before at The Dutch in New York and couldn’t fault our stay there…. The cirrus wasn’t terrible, rooms were massive and clean, bed was amazing to sleep in, area was very close to Disney. The issues were the air conditioning it was very noisy and rattling so sleeping at night was very disturbed (you can’t turn the AC off to stop this)……: also the lobby area is meant to be open 24/7 according to the app and website, but the on site staff close the lobby during the night, this is an issue if you run out off coffee, toilet roll etc as the lobby is the place you go and self collect these items.

Nice place very close to everything. The room have all the amenities like mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.Everything is done in the Sonder app, check in and check out , which I think is very helpful and convenient. The only problem was that I found a cockroach on the bathroom, besides that, I love the place very much.

Super easy to get an early check in and also offers multiple times for a late checkout (at an extra cost of course! But worth it! And one of the only hotels I’ve ever stayed at that had a checkout as late as 2pm!! Had every amenity needed and a very nice pool. Just wish the pool bar was open when we went but otherwise very happy with the quality of the room! Even had a smart tv that was easy to broadcast Netflix from my phone to it. Only complaint with the room was the water pressure really does suck and the lighting isn’t the best.

Walls are thin, there’s pretty much no staff (other than the cleaning crew). Front desk was available one day but did not have answers to the one question we had. Overall it was an ok stay, if a hands off experience is what you like this is the place for you.

Our toilet seat was broken when we arrived, we told the front desk nothing was done. My fiancée got a skin infection/break out from the Pool/hot tub. We also brought this to the resorts attention and nothing was done about it. We couldn’t even swim on the property because of how dirty the pool and hot tub were we had to spend additional money to pay other resorts to use their pool to still enjoy that time on our trip. The shower handle was also broken in our shower within our room.
