2 bedroom suite for a family of 6... there was little to no room Service, during our 6 day stay had to go to front desk several times to get toilet paper and towels ..refill .. 1 fo the room the dresser was infested with bugs.. they only came once to take the trash and did not even give a bag for replacement...

I will NEVER stay here again! From the old room with the old burnt orange couch that seats 2 people, to the shower knob that you have to continue to turn until you find the hot water, to having only 2 elevator cars for the whole building one of which didn’t work and the other eventually broke for part of a day, to only having 4 washers and 4 dryers for the whole building, 2 of which were out of order, the “laundry room” closed at a certain hour each night, two microwaves- one was so old it still had knobs and didn’t work, the other sat on the cabinet and took up much of the cabinet space, NO OVEN in the kitchen- couldn’t make biscuits in the mornings, and the mattresses on the beds were the worst. I had back spasms each morning when waking up. The “Marketplace” store wasn’t even a store. There were 2 types of drinks, Monster Energy and sodas, a few boxes of laundry detergent, and a few pool floats. Definitely not the “store” the description and pictures describe. The staff was super nice and answered all my questions until I went to check out. I explained to the clerk that I wouldn’t be back. All she said was “ok”. She never asked what was wrong, never questioned me, nothing. I don’t have high expectations, but I do expect what I pay for and I will never pay for this hotel again. Renter Beware!

The location of the property was good but updated pictures of the rooms must be updated. The rooms are old and outdated. Stray cats everywhere and people feeding them. The front desk is very unfriendly and confused on protocols for requested late check out processes. I was locked out of the building and room 4 times and had to return 4 times for new keys. The entire key system needs to be updated! I’ll never stay here again or nor will I recommend this place to anyone! Simply horrible!

The rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures. The fridge was all dented up, the bed was like half leaning to one side so I was higher than my husband. The doors to the cabinet were hanging, and there was a glass table with some brown stuff dripping from it. It smelled horrible and the elevator was getting stuck. We stayed one night and booked another room at another hotel in the area.

Great location and studio was large and comfortable, would definately stay again. Does need a little up-dating and bathroom tiny but not enough to put me off recommending. Only real down point was being ripped off by the taxi service the hotel provides, cost more than twice any other company and they would not contact another company when I complained. Clearly getting a kickback which was disappointing. That said I do recommend, staff helpful and friendly, just don't use thier taxi service!

Walking distance to dining and entertainment. Less than 10 minutes drive to Universal Studios. We stayed 4 nights and only received maid service once. Pillows were flat ands hard. We had to request fresh towels on day 3. The halls smelled. The ice and vending machines were broken in our building. Pools were clean but there was also a trash smell coming from somewhere!

The room was not too good. Very “old” feeling. Curtains were old, ripped, burn hole, broken. Our patio door didn’t lock & we had a hard time opening & closing it. Our whole family felt “dirty” leaving the place. I will say…it was a fantastic location! 5 minutes from everything fun! But we will never stay at Enclave again. Pictures listed on Expedia didn’t reflect what our room looked like. I have learned my lesson to just stay at a hotel where you know it will be nice & clean (emphasis on clean!).

This property was an excellent location for us with lots of dining options and activities (eg. amusement rides, miniature golf) well within walking distance (1-2km). There was easy access to bus routes to further destinations (shopping, Universal studios, Seaworld). The property was clean but very outdated. We felt safe. Housekeeping was only through twice during our 10 day stay which wasn't the end of the world. If you are looking for a reasonably priced property with easy access to dining and activities and are not particular about the "decor" this is a good hotel.

Whole floor smelled bad, the toilet stopped working, hot water for only 5 minutes, paint peeling, wood cabinets broken. Maintenance was the only good thing when we did call about the toilet.

I just went for a few days and I enjoy it. Very convenience if you are planning to visit the parks. We safe some money preparing our breakfast and some easy snacks in the kitchenette . The hotel is not brand new but was fine for going to sleep. A lot of options for eating out, cafes , restaurant and some attractions just walking (no vehicles necessary)

Price was right and location was great but there were a few issues. - Carpet was sticky - pillows were terribly uncomfortable - the showers water pressure was so high that it would blow the curtain around and get on floor. Place was ok, mostly dated. Next time I will probably pay a bit more to stay somewhere nicer.

They need to remodel the rooms, the furniture is old and broken. The bed is very uncomfortable and sagging in the middle, the bathroom is very dirty, the windows have marks on them and the microwave has something thrown out and they didn't clean it, and they didn't come in the two days we were there. to make the room and we only had two towels for 3

I really don’t even know where to start. Once we arrived the property was not as big as it looked online, but that really didn’t bother us too much. Once we walked in I felt completely unwelcome. The front desk lady was rude, and dismissive. You could tell she hates her job, and didn’t want to be there. When we finally got our room keys we went up and as soon as we walked in the building we could physically see dirt and grime in the elevators and it was so gross. Looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. Anyways, we got the family suite, and when we walked in the smell of dog pee hit us in the face, and the room just felt musty with how hot it was. So I tried turning down the ac to cool it off and it would not go below 70 which is ridiculous when it’s 90 degrees outside. The room is completely outdated and looked like they had never once updated this place since the 80’s. The carpet was gross to the point I didn’t feel comfortable walking around without shoes on. The toilet in the master bathroom was broken, you had to stand there and hold it down for 30 seconds just to get it to flush. The TV also would not work in the master, you couldn’t get it past the Home Screen with the cheap remotes they have in the rooms. Last but not least the sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open as it looked to be broken and flimsy to the point it would come off the track if you wanted it to. The pools close at 7, they’re dirty. One of the hot tubs was broken.
