The property is new small, whoch includes a 55 community. There is ongoing construction through 2024 because a new apt complex. After that construction is completed, there will be a new gated entrqnce to The Breeze.

The suite was spacious and clean. The pool area was nice, with a hot tub. There were many dead beetles around the pool, not sure what that was about. When we arrived at 3:15pm, no one was in the lobby to greet us or check us in. We waited 5-10 minutes, and then my husband knocked on a door nearby, while I called the main number. Someone finally came to the door, and said, “we’ll be right out.” A woman eventually came out, and said we couldn’t check in until 4pm. It was 3:15pm- she didn’t say that the room wasn’t ready, just that we couldn’t check in u til 4pm. She took out information so that we could pick up keys at 4pm. That was very unwelcoming after a long travel day!

We arrived late, and check in was a breeze. The beds and pillows were so comfortable-not typically what you see in a hotel. My only “complaint” is that the pool water was so warm it was not at all refreshing-but I can’t imagine there’s much you can do about that!!

The only thing this place needs is a little cafe. Having to drive to find breakfast or buy groceries every day wasn’t ideal. Other than that, I would highly recommended this place.

We loved the rooms layout and the fact that it has a kitchen with a prep island, 2 full bathrooms. It would be nice if they have some type of restaurant or eatery area. It was very incovinient to drive out to look for a restaurant.

The only negatives of this property are the construction going on around it (so noisy) and it being located on a busy street (traffic). The employees are very nice and very helpful. The main pool (outdoor) is heated and HUGE. Fun game room, many activities for kids (including mini golf). Full sized kitchen in our unit was beautiful. Would stay here again.

This place is great.We noticed right away how clean it was. The two bedroom condo was perfect for our needs.The kitchen had everything.The pools on the complex were heated and it was so refreshing after a long day of playing.There is noticeable traffic noise when your outdoors but when your at your place you can’t hear it at all.

The Lady at the front desk was such a ppl person, she had the right amount of professionalism with her natural charisma, she definitely made me feel welcomed, the rooms were clean, bed comfortable, 2 TVs was a plus for the baby, this place was a gone away from home

Nice stay but I would encourage them to check their rooms before guest check in for dead bugs. I understand it’s the south and still really enjoyed my stay but that would have made it perfect!

Staff great, gave good local recommendations. Room comfortable and clean. Property well kept. Beds comfy, showers hot. Only room complaint was the room was WAY to bright with no way to adjust them, esp. in the bedroom. Property is new so don't expect much, but did have a nice sized pool. I would stay again.
