Better double check your charges!!!

They tried to charge me for another night and then were rude when you brought it to their attention. Never again!!!

EPIC Hotel!

Pros: The pool area, the bed, the room, the bathroom amenities, the breakfast buffet
Cons: Check-in time is 4:00pm they like to hold firm to this time. If you get there early, be prepared to have your luggage held in storage until 4:00pm
Location: Disney is right around the corner, but we had no reason to leave the hotel. The hotel has everything you need!
This was our third stay. As always, we had a most enjoyable stay. The pool area is awesome, The Falls pool bar is wonderful with excellent food and drinks. The room and bed was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best in Orlando! We will be back very soon!

Big hotel with problems

Pros: Lots of activities for the family. Great golf course.
Cons: Treat the pool deck for ants. The food in the High Velocity sports bar was sub-par and tasted like it was microwaved.
Location: Lots of places to eat near by and close to the attractions.
After checking in we decided to go to the pool. Due to food under our lounge chairs (that we didn't see) our chairs got ants on them and we were subsequently bit several times. Our initial room was behind the elivators which kept me up all night. We were switched to another room which the toilet seat was broken and the toilet ran until I got up and fixed it. The hotel has lots of activities and a great golf course. Self parking for our tower was full by 8 pm and we had to use valet parking for a premium per night fee. The food we ordered from High Velocity sports bar tasted like it was microwaved, including the chicken wings. All in all this was a very disappointing trip with the exception of the golf course which was in good condition.

We have a four story parking garage with convenient and complimentary twenty-four hour shuttle service. Our pool areas are treated regularly by our pest control team. It would have been our pleasure to have taken care of the toilet issue had we known. I am sorry to hear your experience at the High Velocity was not up to your expectations. Our goal is to make every guest stay a memorable experience. It is wonderful to hear how you enjoyed our lovely golf course. Not bad

Pros: Proximity to Diseny, Hotel's Own water park
Cons: Staff customer relation!
The Hotel was nice but too busy making some of the staff not as helpful, beside Starbucks the hotel have limited choice of food outlets eithre low end ( food Court) or very highend. Was not impressed by checking in at 4 pm with a long waiting line and check out at 11 am. The Hotel is oriented toward convention than Diseny or Sea world, which was the reason we visited Orlando.

one night stay

Pros: very friendly staff specially the waiter we had for breakfast
Cons: spots on the carpet in the room pools not adapted to receive so many guests
Location: close from parcs and international drive
hotel was overcrowed making it very difficult to take advantage of the facility we decided to stay in this hotel to untertain our grandkids, but were surprised by the amount of people and the difficulty for us to use the different pools. It gives the impression that this hotel is not equiped to receive so many people. during another stay, we did stay at the Gaylord (same group) which is even bigger and with a bigger guest capacity, but didn't experience any problem to use the different pools and games. we had good memories of this hotel, but won't go back to it.
