one night stay

Pros: very friendly staff specially the waiter we had for breakfast
Cons: spots on the carpet in the room pools not adapted to receive so many guests
Location: close from parcs and international drive
hotel was overcrowed making it very difficult to take advantage of the facility we decided to stay in this hotel to untertain our grandkids, but were surprised by the amount of people and the difficulty for us to use the different pools. It gives the impression that this hotel is not equiped to receive so many people. during another stay, we did stay at the Gaylord (same group) which is even bigger and with a bigger guest capacity, but didn't experience any problem to use the different pools and games. we had good memories of this hotel, but won't go back to it.

Nice for family, great for kids

Pros: Outdoor pool, slides, many eating places , nice restaurants
Cons: Size of room and more storage areas.
Location: Lots to do nearby close to downtown Disney
We had a good time lots to do with family outdoors. Unfortunately it rain one of the days , but it's great for being outdoors and enjoying all the amenities if weather permits.

Booked two nights only stayed one

I booked a room at this hotel for two nights for the 4th of July weekend and only ended up staying one night. There was some dance competition going on and it was way to crowded. I wanted to relax by the pool and there were so many children and adults that I didn't even dare go near the pool. The room that I got was suppose to walk right out to the pool and was an extra $60.00 so not worth it. It didn't even walk out to the pool. There was a fence around the pool and all we got to see was grass and a bunch of bodies in bathing suites laying out. I wouldn't spend your money on the extra room..disappointing. I would next time stay on International Drive at the Homewood Suites even though there pool isn't big it would still be relaxing and close walking to everything . This place was just to crazy busy to have an actual relaxing vacation....Wouldn't go there again

Nice hotel but inconvenient for Disney World

The facility was beautiful with waterfalls and lots of eating options, however they had no shuttle to the airport and their shuttles to the Disney parks did not include all the Disney parks. We had to take taxis to Downtown Disney and Blizzard Beach (which were more expensive coming out of the hotel). When trying to figure out our transportation options, the lady at the transportation desk was repeatedly rude to me and my family. While the place was beautiful, I would not stay here again.

While the hotel does not provide shuttle service to and from the Airport, we do recommend Mears Transportation which services our location with rates significantly lower than a taxi so we sincerely apologize that information was not shared with you. I love this hotel but I do have two complaints. 1. My mattress was lumpy and not very comfortable. 2. The glasses were dirty, one had dried orange juice pulp inside, the other had a black unknown substance in it.

Nice hotel close to all parks and attractions

The largest Marriott hotel in the world, and close to the major parks and attractions. Wonderful pool with slides and activities, several restaurants and bars, excellent food at the food court, good breakfast at Solaris. Concierge was extremely helpful with booking tickets to the parks and Everglades. Rooms were nice, big bathrooms and good amenities. Bottled water included but bottles too small. Good selection on TV channels, but view from room was not good. Car parking was convenient but got full quickly and then you had to park at another lot on the hotel premises and take a hotel shuttle from there. Room pricing was excellent, and overall experience was great!

I sow small ans on the bed when I wake up in the morning plz check it out your place is great to stay in next visit and provide a microwave in yr rooms it helps a lot and you should let yr guests know that you can provide a refrigerate and microwave for free do not wait for guest to ask because they DONT NOW

The bed was a hammock and the A/C doesn't get rid of the humidity in the room. The staff was great, as well as the pools, the restaurants, and the location. It's a mix.
