I am really impressed with your amazing ability to create an untruthful situation. Why not simply indicate here that you found a cheaper place and wanted to cancel here to rent the next accomodation? It would be more accurate, and less deceiving. But let’s start with the most and foremost: chemicals. We use housecleaners from Costco and Publix. So not sure what exactly you wiped from your luggage. Second: what you are doing has a legal terminology, it is defamation, and it is pubishable by law. I never agreed to give you money back, and explained to you that in order to do so, I would have to have your money in the first place. We (properties) do not get paid until way after guests check out. But you demanded money (more than paid) several times, and you harrassed me all day by phone, messages in the app and on other messaging platform. Third: You demanded me to clean again, and I was ready to do so in spite of the fact that I washed your sheets prior arrival with no parabens detergent, I put a mattress cover in your bed and I opened the door as soon as I step in to talk to you, short after 5 AM. You spoke clearly and energetically, you showed zero signs of shortness of breath and moved around fast. I have myself a science background, and a lungs condition, so ai know shortness of breath sadly well. And also know that nobody with an allergic reaction to a chemical in the environment would close the door as soon as I left the place, nor would spend five more hours, doors close, in such environment. Lastly, I asked you to check out in the app so my place could be rented by someone else, as I was running a Black Friday special and knew it would rent quickly. But thanks to your lack of action in the matter, my property remained occupied by you in all the websites due to calendar sync. My cancellation policy allows refunds before check in, but that is not the point, the real deal here is that you did not do your part at checking out properly in the app. Again, I am impressed with your ability to present twisted facts at your convenience. Maybe the complimentary wine bottle we offer, strongly impacted your perception of the facts? Hope you were able to find a place after you left. Obviously you were rested enough to pursuit a response all day to your innumerable amount of messages.
