This property is under construction meaning a new coat of paint. The furniture if old from Disney cruise, but the beds are decent. It’s hard to get in and out of this property. It does not look loke the photos.

The stay was ok . The hotel is being fixed up , so. Ot in the best shape, but understandable. My big complaint is , when getting ready to check out ,they were painting the parking lot . My car was painted in and I had to do a twenty point turn. They weren’t very sympathetic. No one in thdd we office to check out . I won’t be back

Nice staff and the linens were very clean and the bed very comfortable. However, very run down, broken chain locks and mold on the walls ceiling and shower tiles means I'll never stay at this place.

Wow, the breathtaking view from this location is truly unforgettable, but the rooms are in dire need of a serious upgrade to match its beauty. The stunning view alone is enough to make you overlook any imperfections in the walls. However, despite the room's shortcomings, the staff here are truly impeccable. And did I mention the view? It's simply mind-blowing.

Gross! Mold, rust, grime, broken doors, melted outlets, you name it. Dust everywhere, is does not look like the room has been cleaned. We tried to make the best of it but couldn’t - ended up checking out same day and booking elsewhere. Seems like they are going through some renovation, hopefully their renovated rooms are nicer.

Accommodation was clean, it could do with some re-decoration, bed linen was clean and fresh. The resort is in the beach which is perfect and no problem with parking. We was given a Wi-Fi code, but this did not work, other than that the resort overall was ok.

I loved my time here. Yes, the paint is peeling and Yes, the door hinges are rusted, but if you can look past that, it’s a great place. It’s very clean and quiet. Right on the beach with is a huge plus. The only downside is parking is very limited, almost every night I had trouble finding parking. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel & I would definitely visit again.

Rooms should be a little cheaper during renovations we had paint chips from pressure washing all over are car and had to move it today and first night we got here we were sent to a room that hadn’t been. Cleaned and then the room we got had dirty sheets asked for new blankets and was given a mattress cover!!?!?

My complete review is longer than 1500 characters. There were lots of Pros along with the Cons. If you are on a tight budget, want a beach vacation and were not too picky, a $61 a night for a hotel on the beach is a good value. We are a senior couple, living in Central Florida, on a budget and for us it was an enjoyable 2 night get away (beach/pool area/local restaurants). That being a said because of the nastiness of the hotel, we would never stay at Chateau Mar Beach Resort again. This motel has potential, but it really needs to be painted/cleaned up and the shared balcony/over the parking lot is off putting.

Rooms are nasty with mold in the showers. We only had 1 light that worked in the room. The walls are extremely dirty with god knows what all over them. The mattresses are stained beyond belief. I had family in another room with all the same problems. This place was by far the worst place I've ever stayed in. I will never be back

This is perfect for a quick getaway on the beach. The hotel is somewhat dated however the bed was super comfortable, the AC was nice and cool and the beach access is just down the steps. We were right on the beach the pool area is spacious offering a lot of seating, loungers and yard games. We will definitely go back.

Love the property is right on the beach. This is a motel and is a little run down. There was not even a mirror in the bathroom, but no worries there were ten the the bedroom. Staff was super sweet and is a good place for a short stay right on the beach!

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. We arrived very late due to traffic, and she was very accommodating after staying there until nearly midnight. Parking was crowded. Served a nice place for a last minute trip.

It is nothing like we expected. The rooms looked like they were furnished from someone’s house. We got woke up at 7am to someone next door playing the guitar very loudly. Overall clase to the beach stores restraints etc. but it’s a no for me

Although a little dated the property is in decent shape. Overflow parking on the road to the beach helps if you get in late from being out. The staff is hard-working and fairly efficient for the responsibilities they have. All appliances worked, and the TV and cable was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The pool and grounds are well-maintained. The only hiccup was the plastic entry keys which I had to bring back to the desk on three occasions because they wouldn't open my door consistently.

Overall this is a decent place. Outside the rooms, parking lot, beach area, pool was all clean. Inside the room the beds were made nicely and everything was organized. Bathroom had a lot of water damage on the doors, walls and vanity. Our remote control was nasty, wouldn’t even touch it. NO HOT WATER, morning or night. I mean zero, so if you like super cold showers then it’s okay. They are renovating they say so we must have had an old musty room.
