We booked this hotel looking forward to using the pool. Thus, we both disappointed and surprised to learn it was not in operation as the hotel explicitly advertised the pool and did not mention it was closed either at the time of booking or during check-in. Front desk staff were disinterested and less than friendly or helpful. There was trash on our floor that stayed there the entirety of our stay. The shower barely functioned, with so little water coming out as it was hard to bathe.

The hotel room was large and comfortable...but outdated. The area was not near anything you could easily walk to....but they had a casino and gym and restaurants that you could enjoy.

Business and casino in Osorno
Nice modern hotel with food outlets in the complex and casino attached. Downside is 1 km out of town with not much Chilean flavour - more a business hotel. Nice river view and friendly staff. Coffee and tea making available one floor level but not in rooms and had to send for milk.

Hotel with beautiful river view near downtown.
The facilities were very safe, clean, comfortable, modern and convenient. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. We were able to enjoy the other amenities at the complex (gym, pool, and one of multiple restaurants). We were very pleased with the overall experience.

My friend recommended this hotel for me, and said that this is the only hotel to match me? but I found this hotel is too alluring to me, as a business woman, because this is just beside the Casino, you could image how difficult that I concentrate with my job when I lived there. Pretty good huge building
Huge hotel with annex casino. The hotel is quite good, but the location is bad, in the middle of poor and dangerous looking neighbourhood. It is also hard to reach by car, even if you see it from the road. Restaurant with good food and friendly service.

This was a great hotel to arrive in after our flight. They had a car at the airport waiting for us to take to the hotel. The staff was very helpful, room was great. Overall, highly recommended.

Visit to Sonesta, Orsorno left a bad taste
What little we saw of Osorno was not attractive. We were greeted at the portico by a bellhop that was very helpful and he directed us to a nice woman at the front desk (who spoke English) who got us checked in quickly. Although the bellhop settled us into our room, he refused the offered tip. The other staff we dealt with were notably snooty. Although the hotel was well appointed, very clean, and the interior rather lovely to look at, our one night visit was negatively colored by an incident we experienced in the lounge/bar. Upon arrival we received a card allowing us a 'beer or fruit juice' on the house. We didn't really want either, so I asked if we might have Pisco Sours instead. The bartender told us it was not standard, but he would do it. We thought it was gracious of him, and frankly, it seemed like something this expensive hotel could afford. To offset the free drinks, we decided to purchase a snack to go with it, and ordered a nice cheese plate. When we asked for the check, they had charged us for the drinks! We asked about it, and the response was that only beer and fruit drinks were free. We did not make a fuss (as what he said was true), but it was bad form on their part, and unexpected treatment from such an establishment.

Nice hotel in Osorno
The Hotel is very good, they offer free transfer to/from airport, buffet breakfast could be better but still good. Room service was good, fast and not expensive at all (comparing it to the hotel price). I think that by far is the best hotel in Osorno. Totally recommended.

The only option in Osorno.
There doesn't seem to be any other modern hotels in this city. It is about a 10-15min walk to the main square, so location is fine. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bathroom was also large and we had no complaints there either. We had a view of the river and the town itself, which was nice. The breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) was plentiful and typical with coffee, tea, juices, cereals, deli meats, cheese, desserts, scrambled eggs (on the underdone side, which seems common in Chile for some reason), sausages and choice of breads. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. The pool was close one day and so were many of the restaurants and shops within the building...probably due to it being Easter Sunday. The one restaurant we went to was Del Pietro (the more casual one of the two). We were very pleased with our meals. To us, this was really the only option we considered for accommodation in Osorno.

Brand new hotel. 3 great restaurants and a casino on the premises. Very nice rooms. Good service. It's a little far from downtown Osorno, but it is the nicest place in town to stay.
