Positives: proximity to my work, Starbucks coffee, rapid response by hotel engineering, size of the exercise room
Needs improvement: I had to pay extra for a room away from elevators—I’ve never had to do pay extra to be away from elevators, bathroom wasn’t all that clean, it’s nice that the hotel has service elevators as backup, but the area in and out of the elevators needs a facelift—for the employees and for hotel guests, IF Hilton cares about the experience.
