Quiet weekend retreat
The house was very clean, needs comfortable and property manager very responsive. Neighborhood was quiet but close to restaurants and shopping. Driveway is a little tight with multiple vehicles. Overall excellent stay !

Family Trip
The house was the perfect fit for us with 3bd and 3ba. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is close to the highway and a large dealership. My only complaint would be that the light from the neighbor and dealership shine through the windows so the bedrooms never got truly dark. But it was still minor enough I’d stay again. Communication was great and check in and out process was extremely smooth.

It was a last minute booking as the other property fell through a week before our planned trip so wasn't sure exactly what to expect. This property was nice and clean and perfect for our family. The only thing was I would recommend is to add a cooking sheet and a flipper/spatula in the kitchen as I had to purchase a flipper when I realized I didn't have anything to flip pancakes with and a cooking sheet would have making baking things in the oven easier.

Quiet and Perfect
Traveling with family is so much better in a rental house if you stay more than one night. We were in town for my sister's wedding. This was a perfect location to be near the venue, rehearsal dinner, and not being too far from the city to enjoy their amenities. Our girls loved the extra room to roam and the fenced yard was also a treat. Brad was prompt with help when needed. I'll remember this place if we need another rental house to stay in while in the Springfield area!

Great Stay!!
We had a late arrival and was able to get in late with the keyless entry. The house was clean and very well kept. There was enough room for the six of us to stay. The snacks where a nice surprise. It was nice to be able to do laundry during are stay.

I didn’t expect the house to have so much space! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite), large dining area, updated kitchen, private living area.The surrounding businesses made it a bit suspicious, however, I was prepared for that after seeing others' reviews. Very quiet though. Huge fenced yard!! Close to 3 gas stations, 2 fast food, one Mexican restaurant, coffee shop, and a new local brewery. 5 min to Nixa, 10 to Springfield, Ozark address. What i also loved, the laundry had detergent and other laundry supplies, there were plenty of DW tabs and dish soap..lots of various condiments. Bathrooms had liquid hand soap, shower wash, shampoo and conditioner, and mens all in one soaps. Fully stocked home!! One thing that we discovered missing was a wine bottle opener/cork screw. Host was quicl to reply to texts, also! Highly recommend! Likely to return!

A Gem inside
Driving up I was slightly disconcerting, outside of house and neighborhood don't look great but the inside was fantastic! Everything was clean, very comfortable, and spacious. Location is also a huge plus with quick access to 65 the main route to Springfield and Branson. Overall just fantastic. Kitchen could use a few more utensils like serving spoons and spatulas but this was a 5 star experience for us.
