Hi Roxanne, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: - We're sorry for the potholes on the entry road - this is not controlled by our HOA, but is a private road. - The black coloring on the carport is a mixture of dirt and embedded moss that is normal for the Rainforest environment. - The cabin is an island-inspired design and the floor has fine ventilation spacing allowing air to flow underneath the building to keep the cabin cool. - The chairs in the kitchen are brand new and made of wood. - We went above and beyond to respond to each and every one of your concerns while in residence and were under the impression that you left early to move into your new home as escrow closed early. - We provided 5 rolls of toilet paper as well as extras under the bathroom sink. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Hi Don, thanks for letting us know about your stay! We provide guests with driving directions to the home in our pre-stay email and the porch and parking areas have flood lights. We apologize if you had a hard time navigating around our area. It is in a peaceful and quit place, and away from the touristy business. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your review.
