The property was under construction, which could not be helped. However, the room was cleaned with a strong smelling solvent that burned our eyes and nose. When we asked to be moved to another room we were told the only room available was a smoking room. Staff did not offer any form of apology or compensation for the problem.

The area was quite and well lite. A nice grass area for walking your dog. The dog pick up container was empty of doggy bags and the can was full to the brim with dog waste. It looked as if it had not been emptied in weeks. The room was at first appearance clean. The walls recently painted, with wood furniture that looked somewhat new. The bed was very good and the linens were clean. The carpet, however, was soiled. The toilet and shower were good but a bit cramped. Sleeping was difficult due to an apparent allergic-like reaction to something in the room-probably some cleaning product. Breakfast was good-plenty of biscuits & gravy, sausage links and scrambled eggs & coffee. Other items were limited- white bread only or tiny muffins of no specific description and a bit of cereal. The breakfast staff was very good.

This is an older motel. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice and helpful. The location is about an hour from Dantes View in Death Valley.

Booked this hotel because they had a hot tub- checked in and they said it was hot but no bubbles. Turned out it was nit functioning at all and the pool area had a person doing work - there was never a chance that was working. Very disappointing.

Surprisingly huge room!! I normally do not like motels, door opening directly to the parking lot, but this one is nice clean and feels completely safe. The front desk staff and then restaurant staff were unbelievably friendly. Great experience!!

The young lady at the check in desk was super fun and helpful. The buildings are separate but that was totally fine. The room was excellent. The property was a little old and the hot tub was really just a warm bath with no jets.

Usually Best Westerns have some character, local flavor and are well maintained. I booked this place to use the jacuzzi & have a buffet breakfast……both of which I wasn’t able to enjoy because the jacuzzi was cold & the buffet was overly salty & dry. Maybe also because the cleaning staff barged in at 10 am even after we answered through the door to give us 30-min to finish packing. I think next time I’ll just stay at one of the casinos and go to Starbucks for breakfast. You live & you learn.

The Suite is Not a Suite
Don't be fooled by the photos, the suite looked like you could boil some water in it, but the stovetop was non-functional, and the cabinet doors were all screwed shut.
