The room was lovely and the location was brilliant. Just a few steps from the bus, train and tram stations and an easy walk into the city centre. Breakfast was provided, although sadly we had leave before this was available, but there were drinks and snacks in the afternoon which was a treat. Our only gripe was that the checking in instructions were very late and didn't arrive until after we had. Since it was necessary to have a key code for entry after 13.00 I was getting rather agitated. Luckily, we arrived before 13.00 so staff were still there.

This was a nice place to stay, we were there for 3 nights. The room was comfortable, however, the only negative would be the noise outside the room which adjoined the breakfast room, so be prepared for an early start.

promising, but...
We were shown to our room by Marina, who was charming. It all looked very nice, nearer 4 star than 3. However the glass panel above the door lets in far too much light, hence the first star off. Next Day After our room was made we had no toilet paper, and the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned - another star off. That night a man (owner, caretaker, boyfriend, we don't know, but not a guest) woke us up after 11pm by eating a meal outside our room with the lighton while watching TV - another Mark off. Finally, when my wife told him he was keeping us awake, he said "5 minutes". So, down to 1 star. Shame, it's potentially a very nice place, but if you run your house as a hotel, the guests have to come first.

Dirty sheets and towels, nobody around to check You in. 'Private bathroom with bidet' translated to pokey room at total other end of building with no bidet but with bucket. For this price you can do much better. Expedia should not continue to use this abysmal b&b

Wonderful place, but annoying check-in.
White is a great hotel: beautiful bedrooms in a wonderful, designer-renovated old apartament . Why am I not giving it a 5? Because before you get to check in, they have a tendency to keep you waiting in the street while you feel like a silly tourist and you make an unlimited number of calls from you roaming cell phone (I know that I was not the only case because as I was waiting, the guy from the bar next door came to talk to me and asked if he could help yet another neglected White guest, and because other guests told me they also had had to wait for a long time before they got anyone to open the door for them). Once they come to check you in, everything is great: Francesca and Francesco are very nice, the apartment is awesome, my room was really comfy and beautifully designed.

Luxury at top floor
Very well equipped for guests. Helpful proprietors. Convenient for train and airport bus. Only drawback - the two flights of stairs to the B&B

Das B&B war wirklich schön. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen weitaus übertroffen. Wir sind einen Tag mit dem Zug nach Cefalu gefahren, die Lage des B&B war wirklich sehr praktisch.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione strategica, la pulizia, il personale gentile e disponibile, la colazione come fossi in un bar. Non mi è piaciuto il bagno staccato dalla camera, dall’altra parte della struttura (siamo stati sfortunati però, perché la nostra era l’unica camera con questo difetto).

Grazie per il tuo soggiorno e feedback, ma tengo a precisare che la nostra struttura dispone di camere matrimoniali con bagno privato in camera e camere con bagno privato ad uso esclusivo ma posizionato all'esterno della camera. Questa tipologia di camera è più economica proprio per questo motivo. In fase di prenotazione bisogna selezionare la camera più adeguata alle proprie esigenze; la camera con bagno privato esterno generalmente viene prenotata per brevi soggiorni. Great B&B close to city center
A beautifully renovated apartment close to the center of Palermo! The room we stayed in seemed newly renovated, was very clean and very spacious. The parking situation could be better, but for Palermo the street was quiet and it was manageable to find parking. The breakfast was also great, and there were many different options, from sweet to savoury to several delicious fruit.

New bb apartment hotel close to railway station
New, nice and clean b&b staffless apartment hotel. Very close to central railway station. The stay would have been perfect if breakfast had been prepared and ready as promised. It was 15 min late and we had to leave in a hurry to catch a train.

적극 추천합니다
중앙역 앞에 위치하고 있어서 타도시로 이동하기도 편하고 좋았습니다. 체크인도 제가 늦은 시간 도착했지만. 우편함 비번을 알고 열쇠를 찾아 하는 방식이라 편했구요. 시설도 깨끗하고 주인분과도 바로바로 메일로 연락이 가능해서 아주 만족했습니다

Séjour au B&B White
L'accueil au B&B White est très bien organisé. Le site est à proximité de la station centrale ce qui était pour nous idéal pour rejoindre l'autobus pour se rendre à l'aéroport. L'environnement du centre ville est à proximité ce qui est aussi pratique pour avoir accès aux attractions et restaurants et le jardin botanique.

Nice stay close to Palermo Station
We stayed for one night at B&B White in Palermo before traveling on to Cefalú. We arrived in the evening and we received prior to our arrival detailed information (incl photos) by mail on how to get our keys etc. Everything went just perfect. Room and private bathroom was very nice and clean. B&B White is located next to Palermo Station where the bus from the airport stops and you can get a train for fx Cefalú.

5 minutes walking to the Palermo Centrale railway
If the Palermo Centrale railway station is your transportation hub then this B&B is your number one choice. It will only takes you 5 minutes walking from the b&b to the station. Like their name, it is white and clean but our room is quite small and no good view. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is on the second floor, if you are not strong enough to carry your luggages up the stairs then it might not be the place for you.

El hotel esta situado cerca de la estación central de autobuses, y a cinco minutos andando estás en el centro de Palermo. Palermo es una ciudad caótica, cuando viajas por la isla y llegas a la ciudad parece que hayas salido de Europa. si alquilas un coche en Palermo hazte un seguro a todo riesgo, porque tener un accidente es muy fácil. Además cuidado con los aparca coches ilegales, hay muchos. Aún así la ciudad es estimulante, interesante, y la recomendamos sin duda por ser un lugar diferente al resto de ciudades europeas.

Hat leider nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen
Es begann schon nicht gut, trotz telefonischer Voranmeldung warteten wir 30 Minuten auf den praktisch kein Wort Englisch sprechenden Francesco. Dazu standen wir mit dem kompletten Gepäck in einer Gegend in der man nicht gerne mit Gepäck auf der Strasse steht. Als wir dann mit einem kurzen "Sorry" in das B&b geführt wurden, gab es die nächste Enttäuschung: die gebuchte und vorbezahlte "Suite" war belegt und wir haben dann ein downgrade ohne Entschuldigung oder ähnliches bekommen. Verständigung war zu diesem Zeitpunkt mit dem offenbar komplett überforderten Mitarbeiter nicht möglich. Zimmer: vor schätzungsweise 3 Jahren liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet, aber mangelhaft gepflegt (Bad sehr verkalkt, Wände abgestoßen, Handtücher verschlissen, Klimaanlage sehr staubig.) Zur Lage: Wir haben uns selten in einer Gegend so unwohl gefühlt, wie hier: offene Prostitution, Betrunkene, Drogenabhängige, mafiöse Parkplatzwächter, Müll In der ersten Nacht war es nicht möglich zu schlafen, weil offenbar ein misshandeltes Tier im Innenhof quiekte. Beim Frühstück (ok) gab es weder eine Begrüßung durch die zumindest etwas Englisch. sprechende Francesca noch eine Entschuldigung für das Downgrade. Wir sind trotz Vorbezahlung von 3 Nächten nach 2 Nächten abgereist, weil wir uns den Urlaub nicht weiter vermiesen wollten- eine Erstattung der letzten Nacht erfolgte natürlich nicht. Fazit: u.E. furchtbare Lage, schönes Zimmer, Unprofessionelle Bewirtung ==> zuwenig für eine gute Bewertung

Nach den guten Bewertungen ging ich davon aus, dass es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt wird. Leider gab es jedoch einiges zu bemängeln. So mussten wir über eine Stunde warten bis uns jemand empfing. Es war der 16jährige Bruder des Eigentümers der völlig unwissend war. Die Toilette war weit vom Zimmer entfernt. Einzelbad war gebucht. Jedoch war es eher ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Wlan funktioniert nur halbswegs und manch eine Treppenstufe im White sollte dringend ausgebessert werden. Gibt für das Geld weit besseres in Palermo.

후기를 한글로 남길게요. 밤 11시까지 체크인인데 비행기시간때문에 늦었더니 20유로 추가 지불했습니다. 사전에 이메일로 연락해놨었구요. 일단 위치는 역 바로앞이라 체팔루나 몬레알레 갈때 모두 편했어요. 스텝들도 모두 친절했고요. 무엇보다 방에들어오면 깨끗하고 안락한 기분이 들어서 좋았습니다^^ 다만 입구가 찾기 좀 어려웠어요. 2층인데 엘리베이터가 없어서 약간 불편했지만 전체적으로 매우 만족했습니다!

Très bon accueil sympathique et convivial, un plan vous est offert pour la visite des points essentiels. Le petit déjeuner est copieux pris avec les autres convives cela permet d'échanger sur les sites à visiter. La chambre est très coquette et pour le prix je vous conseille de prendre la gramme légèrement au dessus de la chambre standard car la chambre rouge est vraiment très belle et confortable Whaou ...ce sera pour une prochaine fois je l'espère merci pour ce bon séjour

Un buon posto da cui partire per esplorare Palermo
Posizione buona, semplice da trovare. Letto comodo, doccia calda ed eccelente. Colazione soddifacente. Parcheggio sotto l'hotel difficile, quindi sarebbe un problema usare la macchina. Dopo aver trovato un posto, abbiamo esplorato la città a piedi. Importante: non dimenticare chiamare un mezz'ora prima di arrivare, o forse nessuno sia là per ricevervi.
