I chose this property because it said that it had tesla chargers. When I got here, I was informed that they do not work. Very disappointed about that. I would have chosen a hotel closer to where I needed to be had I known.

There's plenty of food options in the area. Some are within walking distance. The front lobby is really nice. Staff member checked us in easily. $50 deposit.on credit card is requested. Hotel perimeter doors lock at night. You can open using room key no problem. They serve breakfast 6am-10am. Pastries, cereal, fruit and coffee. Once you get to the room, different story. There was a snot rocket on my wifes side of the bed. The floor and bathroom panels were slippery like they used too much floor cleaner. There was hair in our towels and sink. The middle of the room was very dark. The ice bucket was dirty.

I am not a complainer but had a few issues w our stay… room not cleaned after first night for second night, could not get hairdryer to work, tv complicated w out guide .. we did enjoy hot breakfast & quietness.. bed comfortable

My stay here was of very good quality. Continental breakfast had decent choices, though for a few days, I ate at more established diners. My room was pretty clean, although they should have had housekeeping clean it at least a couple of more times during my stay. The wi-fi was excellent and I could easily use my laptop and tablet much better than at a certain other hotel which had non-existent wi-fi. My only issue was with the TV service. While it had many of the streaming services that I typically use (like Hulu, Netflix, and Prime Video) it had none of the major cable channels (like ESPN, TBS, TNT, and USA). My overall score is 80 out of 100.

Use this hotel show very good reviews, not so… entering the room it had smell of vomit, my son went to sit down in the chair and there was dry up vomit. Pull out the sofa bed and there were someone underwear under the chair. The show drip all night. When o reported this issues to the hotel front desk she just apologized

Some years ago, I stayed at this hotel, and it was OK. This time it was terrible. The lamp shade in the bedroom was torn and falling off its frame. The TV chest drawer would not shut and stay open. The furniture as a whole was very used and scratched. The bathroom smelled like urine. I mentioned this to the clerk upon check out. She did say we should have mentioned this, and the room would have been changed. We were only there for 2 nights and should have mentioned it, but we just finished a big move and just wanted to rest.

You will need to talk to the manager
When you check in there is only one person at the desk and every time the person in front of me doesn't know the name of the person that made the reservation. So this makes their check in take an excessive amount of time. The door handle to the room took super human strength to open, The privacy blinds were broken, the ice bucket leaked, the sheets smelled like urine and transferred to the only pajamas that I brought for the 3 day trip and to top it off the landline phone rang and it is loud at 11pm when I had just fallen asleep from a long day of work. No one was on the line and the front desk had no answer as to who called my room. They said maybe the previous guest had set an alarm. Like this was just okay!!! Bad nights sleep and my pj's smell like pee!!! To be refunded I will need to talk to the manager who at 9am was not at work.
