For the price this hotel should have been much nicer. The outside is very fancy and the rooms clean but… the air coming out of the AC stank. Beds were so soft they made my back hurt. Almost no cell service inside the rooms. We had to go outside just to text. And just to sour things more, the hot breakfast consisted of just meat items. Vegetarians and several religious groups do not eat pork. Please stop serving the western omelettes. (I tried a boiled egg but it tasted spoiled). Would not stay here again.

It was a good hotel overall. The only things I didn’t like: There wasn’t any bananas for breakfast during our last 3 days and we had no shower gel in the bathroom for the last 2 days. The cleaning staff should always check the shower gels and shampoo bottles. In addition, I wish you would offer one free water bottle per day as a courtesy, like some hotels do. Your water bottle was overpriced, considering that we drink a lot of water in warm weather.

Please do a deeper clean in the bathroom, specifically the vents. Ours seemed to have quite a buildup of dust (and potential mildew) and it strongly affected our allergies just being in bathroom. The bedroom had the same issue with the AC, but it wasn’t as bad. Stains could be seen on sheets and towels as well.

The staff were professional and courteous especially Sharon who helped me print some documents. The hotel is in a great location and the room was very spacious. Our overall stay was good. A few things that I would recommend the hotel to address for future customers are the following: 1) improve water pressure, 2) provide drawers/dressers in the room, 3) add more washers and dryers (hotel only had one and I had to wait 4 hours to do one load, and 4) the mini fridge didn’t get cold enough to chill our water. That’s it! Thanks for providing us with a nice place to stay and rest.

Likely my last time at a Hampton inn which is too bad because the other Hampton's I have stayed at were positive experiences but not this one.

Just perfect
Hampton Inn at Palm Beach Gardens was a great choice and conveniently located. Sharon from the front desk was very friendly and helped check me in immediately upon my arrival. I didn’t know the area and needed a diversion so she recommended to check out the infamous Loggerhead marine center, and gave me tourist Map with other ideas. The desk and other staff were very friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable.
This garden reminded me of the Italian Water Gardens that I see at Longwood Gardens- very nice for relaxing

This hotel had a 9.5 rating on Orbitz and Trip Adviser, but we found it to be average at best. There was no restaurant or bar, appearance - the flooring, baseboard bedding was older, average and minimal. Pool was outdoor and not heated. No hot tub. We thought for the price this hotel was over rated.

Stayed there because it was near a family member at the hospital. Staff did not communicate that I was granted late check out after I checked in late, after 11 pm on Christmas Eve. Housekeeping ignored my DND sign and opened door while I was undressed, out of the shower. Not to mention everything from WiFi to breakfast was an ordeal. Stayed with Hilton expecting certain level of experience. Did not include my HH number because I had other things on my mind with a family member in the hospital over Christmas. I should not have to use my HH number to get decent service. Ghastly.
