I was just in WPB for a shopping trip, so the location was near to all the malls. Ideal for me. Wasn’t in the hotel much but when I was there it was quiet and nice. Nothing much to do in surrounding area in walking distance.

Regarding my stay: When I stayed the breakfast was good so was the room and the staff was polite. However, when I stayed in the room the plumbing was pretty poor. The you would have to flush the toilet several time after using the restroom and when I needed a plunger there wasnt one in the room. So when I went downstairs I waited for 5-10 minutes and no one was there. A staff member who was refilling the coffee in the common area was nice enough to get me one. The water pressure in the shower was below average. So on a scale from 1-5 I would give it a 2.5 (Somewhat poor/somewhat average).

Shade was broken in room 411. Chain was laying on sill when we arrived. The shower faucet needs some plumbing maintenance. Otherwise everything appeared to be an excellent shape.

Ok. So my family and I stayed 4 nights and paid over $300 a night for a hotel that supposedly went through a complete renovation???? Unfortunately, they forgot to renovate the elevators. There were a total of 2 elevators for the hotel. One elevator never worked at all during our stay, and the other was broken on and off all 4 days. My daughter got stuck in it by herself after midnight on Saturday night after the repair man promised me it was fixed just 2 hours earlier and almost every time we tried to use it during our stay, it wasn’t working. Inconvenient when you are staying on the third floor. In the breakfast area, there was NOT 1 banana for all 4 days. I was promised by 2 separate staff members on 2 separate days that they would get bananas but that never happened…. My daughter’s bagel had mold on it, they ran out of grits one day, ran out of pumpkin spice waffle mix the last 2 days. In addition, this hotel DOES NOT accept $ printed by our US Treasury. For those that don’t like to use their credit cards and incur debt, this policy is a major financial inconvenience. Parking outside had multiple parking spaces blocked off forcing you to park toward the back of the hotel. I have stayed at hotels all over the country for the last 30 years and this location was definitely not worth the $ ,and I think I deserve at least a partial refund which I have never requested before from a hotel. I would definitely not stay here again and spend my hard earned $.

We stayed here while visiting a family member in West Palm Beach. It was very convenient, clean, and had every thing we needed. It was great to have the free breakfast each morning before we went on with our day. Also easy walk to a restaurant and sports bar right in the parking lot. Will stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel on a work trip because it is very close to my office in WPB. I was told it had recently undergone renovations which is surprising because I did not think it was that old. In any case, it looks like they have a few "bugs" in the system with the renovation. I was in room 408 and found that the clock was 1 hour off but I could not change the time (it was controlled by the hotel) -- I guess most people use their phones so this was not too big a deal. The AC was not turning on but fortunately it was cool (in mid 70's) so it only felt a little warm at night. The faucet in the bathroom had the hot/cold water lines switched so you got hot water when you expected cold and vice-versa. None of these items are that big a deal (except the AC will be in a few months) but it is apparent that nobody went back to check the work of the contractor on the upgrade. The room itself is relatively big and is nice. The breakfast in the morning that they serve is pretty good as well. I would give it 5 stars once they get the bugs worked out.

Horrible experience!! Paid $200 for an awful stay. There was hole under the sink. No thermostat in room. The towels had hair on it. Very disappointing.
