“Oasis in the Desert”

Wow! this hotel was right in the middle of all my stops. No matter which direction I went it was not far from my hotel. It was great staying there beds and pillows where very comfortable. full breakfast buffet was awesome! My family enjoyed our stay there.

“Good place to stay”

This hotel is in a great location. Easy access to the freeway, restaurants, shopping, etc. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast left much to be desired. Scrambled eggs (undercooked) every day with either sausage patties or bacon (also undercooked). Plenty of pastries, yogurt, cereal or make-your-own Belgian waffles. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay again, I would just visit IHOP for breakfast more often.

“Very good, except!”

We were very happy with the hotel. However during our 4 day stay, two mornings at breakfast they were out of coffee!!! I think the cleaning staff was in charge of servicing the breakfast area, and they seemed to be helping themselves and then disappearing. Two mornings the coffee servers were EMPTY - I had to ask the front desk. The second morning it happened, no one came right away, so I went back to the front desk and said we were going to Starbucks.

Area recommendations
Many things to see and do in the Palm Springs area. We enjoyed Cabazon shopping, El Paseo Drive, Living Desert, etc.

“Always stay here”

We always stay at this hotel in Palm Desert when we go to visit the folks. Very clean, very nice folks at the front desk, nice breakfast, pool, and jacuzzi. And I'm picky with cleanliness - this place is really nice.

“Clean and convenient”

Our experience in Coachella Festival was very good but even better for the excellent service and location of this hotel.
