Exceptional property!
This lovely home was perfect fit for our vacation with 3 generations. The pool and garden areas were well suited for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with plates, glassware, kitchen tools and gadgets to help with any meal preparation. We would definitely return !

Palm Springs getaway
We booked this trip for a 4 day getaway for 4 couples. House was fantastic. Beautiful property will pool spa/hot tub, fire pit and grill. Central location in Palm Springs. It was all we were hoping for in our trip. Host was helpful on check in and walk through. Kitchen had all you need or could want. All the bedrooms were comfortable. Master is large and very nice. We will look to return on our next trip!

Just perfect!
We had an amazing stay! The house was wonderful and very well stocked with everything we could ever need. The pool and yard were even better than the photos! Pristine! We sat by the outdoor fireplace every morning. John was extremely helpful. Gave us suggestions for dinner, day trips, site seeing. All were fantastic. Will absolutely come back! Thank you John!

Family staycation
We decided to go to Palms Spring for Thanksgiving and the house was perfect for our gathering. We enjoyed the heated pool, large TV to watch all the football games and all the great patio furniture in the backyard to lounge around. Kenny was great and provided such great information about the home and nearby neighborhood area that we were well prepared. John greeted us as soon as we got there and gave us a personal tour. They are great hosts and we didn’t even need to reach out to them once during our stay. Thanks Kevin and John for being such great hosts!

GREAT House
We have rented at least 20+ houses in PS over the years. I usually select them as I previously lived in PS. This house was, by far, our favorite. I have never seen a house this well stocked. The kitchen was perfect!! It has EVERYTHING and when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING, including a margarita machine. Easy instructions for everything, beds were comfortable, easy parking. I cannot say enough about this house and how well the owners keep it. It is a gem!

Magnificent Villa Estrella
Villa Estrella was by far the best property we have rented. Kenny provided terrific communication while we were in Palm Springs and John graciously greeted us to provide a tour of the property with excellent advice on shopping, hiking and dining. We had a plan to experience Palm Springs and Joshua Tree as well as quality family time. Villa Estrella was the perfect oasis for us as well as being equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We plan to rent this property again for our next family vacation! Thank you Kenny and John! We look forward to seeing you in the future!

Last minute Labor Day getaway
We decided to get away over Labor Day weekend. Kenny the property host was courteous and supportive before we even arrived. Our arrival time was later in the evening and Kenny left the lights on for us, sent us videos about certain aspects of the house, like turning on the spa, pool lights, etc. We've never felt so supported at a rental property before. The property was beautiful. Plenty of everything in the kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and private. Bathrooms were amazing with all the amenities of a resort. The backyard is where we spent most of our time. The large pool and spa were relaxing and fun for both kids and adults. We will definitely heading back to this property next time in Palm Springs.

Everything you need
The best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental we've ever been too. Many games (many poker chips!), pool floats/toys, pool towels, outdoor seating & dining tables. House is very comfortable, very nicely decorated. Organized and neat as a pin.

Such a fabulous house!
Our stay at Villa Estrella was fantastic. When you enter the house you immediately know that you have booked the right place. The furnishings are inviting and beautiful. The house is spotless. The grounds are spectacular. What I really enjoyed was actually cooking at the property. Guess what! The kitchen is fully stocked with staples so you just add the food. (We even paid it forward a little). The backyard/pool area is so inviting we found ourselves out there most of the day. Kenny and Andrew provided stellar personal service and were a joy. If you want to truly relax book Villa Estrella NOW. They aren’t kidding when they say - “Better Property & Personal Service.”

Beautiful family retreat
We just had the opportunity to spend 8 nights in this fabulous home. What a perfect family getaway. Everything about this property is amazing. The layout and furnishings are beautiful, the yard is completely enclosed and has room for the whole family. The pool is heated to a perfect temperature and everything worked great. There are misters to cool down the yard and a cozy undercover space with a fireplace. Everything has been thought of in this amazing home. There are views of mountains or cozy seating areas from every room. The kitchen is beyond fully stocked with every item you could possibly need and more. The layout works perfectly for a family or couples, with en-suite bathrooms in 3 bedrooms . We played the piano, took outdoor showers, made fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, swam, cooked several meals and had such a relaxing time. I cannot recommend this property enough. We will surely come back next year! There are multiple lighting choices in every room and all light switches are labeled. The location provides quick access to every spot in Palm Springs and we were able to walk into town for coffee.

What can I say, the place was perfection. Villa Estrella offered everything for a amazing family retreat. House wad stunning, pool incredible, amenities fantastic. The property was absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The backyard feels like a private 5 star resort. The house was decorated beautifully with great attention to detail. If you are looking for the mid-century feel this is not it but if you want the feel of a 5 star resort within walking distance to downtown, this is it!

A Rare Find
Villa Estrella was one of those properties you love to dream about. Every possible luxury vacation home amenity. The property is stunningly landscaped., not just great. The heated pool and spa are wonderful, with cascading waterfalls, misting, gas fireplace, and perfect lighting for nighttime. Inside meets and exceeds expectations, with a ton of extra touches that show a real pride of ownership and caring about the guest experience. From fully stocked media libraries, to games and books. We happened to be there when Grapefruits and Lemons were abundant in the Citrus grove. Delicious. Add to that excellent communication with Kenny, the property manager, and the thickest and best Vacation Home guide book we’ve ever seen. Clearly the owners love to share their beautiful home and everything they they know about enjoying Palm Springs. Don’t hesitate.

Floor plans with bathrooms in most of bedrooms. Beautiful pool and outdoor space. Kitchen had everything anyone would ever need. Traffic noise could be drowned out by a larger waterfall. And an extra fridge/freezer in the garage would be a bonus for longer stays. House managers Kelly and staff were friendly and available.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway
I cannot say enough about the Marvelous Villa Estrella! Gorgeous setting, wonderful layout and beautiful landscaping! Lovely pool and jacuzzi with a great fire pit adjacent. And a fabulous, separate covered outdoor area with built in fireplace. Plenty of pool towels. The kitchen was amazing! Everything one might need in a spacious layout. We really appreciated the lovely and festive melamine dishes and plastic bar ware for poolside. Also, lovely dishes and glassware for inside. Great layout of the bedrooms, each with a bathroom or access to a bathroom. Access from each to the outside. TV’s in each room. It was amazing and I would go back in a heartbeat.

All I can say is, WOW!
This house really has *everything* you could want in a rental. It was beautiful, inside and out. The kitchen was really fully stocked and enabled us to cook wonderful dinners. The pool was delightful. There were plenty of lounge chairs. The bedding was so comfy. I really can't say enough good things about this house. The only downside was that we did have trouble getting the hot tub to get hot. That was a little disappointing since the evenings were cool and we would have liked to go in. Other than that, the house was really stellar. By far, the nicest house we've ever rented!

Amazing property!
The home was beautifully furnished and had plenty of space with great views. Backyard was gorgeous with wonderful outdoor living spaces! Street and plane noise evident when outside but easily ignored, not noticeable inside. No details were overlooked from the kitchen appliances, iPod with music playlists, games and movies, etc. The robes and throw blankets were a great touch that really made it feel like home. We also really appreciated the home owners manual complete with great dining and entertainment recommendations. Kenny and Kelly with the management team were great to work with. We all really enjoyed meeting Kelly. His walk through with us at check in was very thorough and there were clear instructions (pool, hot tub, lights, etc) left throughout the home. Would love to visit this home again.

The house was large and roomy and we loved that three of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms
The house was beautiful. The only problem we had was ants inside and out and we lost a lot of food. And we wish Palm Springs didn’t have a noise ordinance for vacation rentals so we could’ve played some music out by the pool.

I'm glad Barbara thought this luxury rental was beautiful. I think all guests who have stayed there have felt the same way. With regards to the ants, this house has never had a pest problem before. Upon hearing of the issue, we sent someone out to treat the problem. We will carefully monitor the situation to make sure this doesn't happen again.

The home was very nice. The plumbing was not first-rate. The toilets did not flush well and there were some missing supplies. The pool was not heated for the first day of our stay, and if you ran the dish washer there was no hot water to shower. A home this nice should be able to accommodate two items being used simultaneously. This is why we cannot give it a 5-star review.

We loved our stay at Villa Estrella over Thanksgiving week.
The house is spacious, very clean and well laid out around the beautiful pool. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked for cooking and entertaining. We loved picking grapefruits and lemons every morning. Beds and linens were great! There are lots of lovely decorating touches making our stay feel like a visit to a friend’s home vs. a rental. Kelly provided a very personal and friendly check-in/out. Highly recommend!!

If your looking for a great place to stay while in Palm Springs, I say look no farther than Villa Estrella. Not only was it beautiful, it was so comfortable and close to everything. The pool is awesome with a fantastic view, along with several little nooks to get alone to read, pray, ponder... Michael, who met us at the house to give us the keys, as well as a quick tour of Villa Estrella, was so helpful and made us feel right at home. Also, the driveway is stunning. There is so many beautiful flowering shrubs lining the drive that you will want to make sure to take some photos! Can't go wrong staying here!

Perfect Vacation
Three generations unanimously voted this our best vacation yet - so we'll be back! Perfect location, beautiful setting, well stocked kitchen and fabulous back yard! We hardly left the house because it was exactly what we were all looking for in a vacation. Michael and Kenny were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions, though we had absolutely no issues with the house. The accommodations were spa-like so we felt very pampered. The air conditioning was amazing in the 100+ heat while we were there, though we truly spent most of the day out by the pool. SO looking forward to returning!!

Beautiful house and meticulously managed
The house could not have been a better fit for our time in Palm Springs. The home was plenty roomy for two families and the layout was perfect for socializing apart from the kids-- many spaces to retreat. The pool and terrace were divine and we even tried out the putting green! Definitely, this house stands out as an exceptional rental in our many years of renting houses. Well done, Dry Heat!

I had to admit that I was a little worried as I thought that I might have unrealistic expectations. However I can honestly say that the property exceeded all of my expectations. Here is a summary of my rationale for the 5 star rating: - Kenny from Dry Heat Resorts was extremely prompt in responding to my questions prior to booking the house. The damage deposit was refunded promptly on our leaving. - Upon arrival, Kelly was there and walked us through of all the parts of the house. He was informative but did not overwhelm us with information. When we had an issue one day, Kelly responded immediately. Kelly also gave us a link to a very good Palm Springs App that he has developed. Be sure to use it. - The house is well laid out with lots of storage in each bedroom. Each room had all sorts of interesting books and décor. When we got there, there was an iPod playing a great mix of music which we listened to all week. If you want indoor activities, they have a wide selection of DVDs (including classic films) and games. - The kitchen was the best I have ever seen in a rental property. There is an abundance of appliances (blenders, coffee machines, a Kitchenaid stand mixer), pans, serving dishes, cookbooks and spices. - There was a whole collection of outdoor dishes and barware including martini glasses, shakers, flutes, red and white wine glasses. - The grounds are lovely, and it was great to look at the snow covered mountains from the back yard. We used the fresh lemons from their trees for our daily cocktails. - Temperatures in the pool and spa were 86 and 104 respectively. The waterfalls in the pool are so relaxing. The misting provided a cool relief from the hot weather and the fire pit provided heat and light at night. - What could have made our stay better? Not much. In the perfect world, I would have liked a light near the bbq and wish the house was closer to downtown. We had friends over one afternoon who were staying at the Ritz in Palm Desert. They commented that their next visit to Palm Springs would involve a stay at Villa Estrella. Overall - an outstanding stay.

Girls Get Away
Eight girls decided to spend some time in the sunshine. Our house in Palm Springs was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated, clean and had a great pool. Going to be an annual trip and would love to stay again.
