Amazing 30A Location Between Alys & Rosemary Beach

Amazing 30A location situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach. “Somewhere In The Sun” is a third floor condo that sleeps 2 and overlooks the sparkling pool & hot tub. It has been fully updated with modern finishes throughout. Living room has Murphy Bed. Take in the gulf views and spectacular sunsets from the south facing balcony. It’s a short walk to the deeded beach access at the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Walk or bike to all of the boutiques and restaurants throughout Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.

Bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, pack n plays and baby gear is complimentary. LUXE 30A does not guarantee these items are included at your property or in perfect working order for your stay and they are not a part of the rental agreement for the property.

LOCATION: Walk a leisurely 3 minutes to Rosemary & Alys Beach & 8 minutes to the Gulf/Beach with Free Tram service March-October. Enjoy scenic strolls and waterside bike rides on the 30A path located just in front of the building. A mile away, 30Avenue is home to a plethora of chic shops. Pier Park is an 11 mile drive for amusement rides and oceanfront restaurants.

Amazing stay!
This studio was the perfect place for me and my sister to stay for a long weekend. About a 5-7 walk to the beach. Next to restaurants and shops along 30A, perfect location! We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and small studio
I wish the property description included bed description of murphy bed. It was not comfortable at all and super loud. Internet was super slow to watch movie at night (rain nights) and netflix did not even load. This is a small studio but had everything you need for a quick stay. Very clean and cute otherwise.

Unit was perfect, small but the layout was great, and decorations were very nice. Perfect location to explore Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary. Parked the car upon arrival and didn’t crank it again until departure (you can easily walk or bike to everything you need).

This is the second time we have stayed in this building, and there are two reasons for that: location and how great the building is. It was such an easy process to make the reservation and check-in. The host was super responsive, and you cannot beat the location of the building.

Would definitely rent this unit again! Close to beachl/shopping/dining. Location!Location!
Unit was on smaller side, but great for a couple. Clean, cold, and Michelle thought about every detail. Iron for clothes, hot plate for cooking, and utensils. If I had to pick something to fix it would be bigger coffee cups, the Keurig is 8oz and the cups were 6 oz. The other was the stray cats. They scared us nightly. Oh and if you are meeting your friends at Seacrest beach make sure they have bracelets for entry. Our family did not so we had to rearrange our beach service. 5 stars in spite of the above mentioned!
