The only thing I liked about the property is that Sharky’s was walking distance and they give you free tickets to main attractions and one kid eat free at Sharky’s. The beds and couch was outdated the toilet barely flushed. Parking is terrible tvs are like 32” our last night there roaches came out the bathroom vent.

Lots of road noise , the pot smell coming from next door was so bad and the noise all night from neighbors so we asked to move and they did move us very dated place but cheap and good area but would not stay again

The room didn’t look super clean I could see mopped areas looks like they were using dirty mop water other than that it was a nice big room with ocean view close to shops and restaurants pretty good area just needs updating and cleaned a little better

This room was dingy. We got there and the balcony door was visibly broken, the lock had missing screws and was hanging off the door and no one cared to fix it before we checked in. The bathroom was filthy, tub was dirty, look like they used paint in sections of the tub to cover stains. The faucet was filthy. We struggled to turn on the shower. The bed was broken. The chairs had stains all over them, very dirty. I do not recommend.

I was terrified after booking this hotel and reading the reviews, BUT i was pleasntly surprised that the room was not as bad as reviews made it seem. First off.. its not a 5 star hotel.. dont treat it as such. We stayed for spring break and yes it was busy. Check in day the staff were a little stressed, but every time afterwards that i needed something ie, towels, toilet paper, they were super nice. They even gave my daughter a popsicle free. The room itself is dated. But the shower was great, bed clean, Everything worked as it should. Arrival day the elevator was broken, but it was fixed by day 2. The hotel location is excellent. No bugs in my room, I was content with my stay.

Great location. A little tired. Showers are very small and low. If you are over 5' 10 you are going to struggle. Overall this is a cheap and cheerful hotel but has a fantastic location. We had a patio room and it was literally steps to the beach. Right next to 2 good restaurants which is also convenient.

Though I was expecting an nicer beach front view it was hard to sit on ur chair at the bottom floor and see a clear view of the ocean because of the weeds in the front.. it was very close the beach which is what I enjoyed the most... They don't supply enough towels or washcloth for more than three so make sure you get those if there is 4 or more... It was also very dark at night due to broken lights which is worrisome for the kids... But other than that I enjoyed myself ..

Very dirty. Gum was visibly stuck to the headboard. Bathroom walls are dirty. No washcloths in room and told there were none at the front desk. Loud and noisy all hours of the night. People hanging around in the breezeways and in parking lot. Bay County Sheriff’s dept cars were there when we were checking out surrounding the parking lot along with a Crime Scene SUV.

For the price the hotel was okay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was construction being done at the time so it was super noisy, and limited parking was available causing guests to have to park across the street in pay to park areas. Upon my arrival, my room was open and the floor was covered in sand as well as the bathtub. I get it, because it’s on a beach, but I feel like there could have been a better job done to clean it considering I swept it myself getting most of it up. There were also little black hairs on the towels and on the bathtub. The toilet also stopped working for like 3 hours, then randomly the issue resolved itself. Overall, I’d say the stay was good. I really enjoyed that it was right on the beach and the pool area was very clean and well kept. The rooms just could use improvement along with the cleaning services.

The hotel staff does not care what the guest worries about, poor facilities, the cleaning left a lot to be desired, it has doors between rooms, we had problems because in the next room there were some people smoking and the rooms are connected by a door in the middle and the strong smell of marijuana passes under the doors
