Overall this stay was GREAT,we just had a few issues that we wish we knew ahead of time,so hope this helps someone else plan better!We drove 17 hours from kansas, with 4 kids, arrived at the condo at around 7:30ish,&the signs in the parking garage say to get a parking pass or youll be towed,but the office that does that closes at 4pm. No mention of that in the welcome email from the owners,so of course I messaged them right away and asked if we were ok to do it in the morning, no answer.We just hoped our car would be there in the morning. It was, and everything was fine to get parking passes the next day, but we were kind of stressed all night. Owner answered late morning the next day after we already took care of it. We would have appreciated a note about it ahead of time. Otherwise it was super easy to just enter the door code and be in. A few minor inconveniences you might want to be aware of: only a 2in1 "conditioning shampoo" was provided as the toiletries, and only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.With 6 people for 4-5 days,it doesnt last. We had already gone to walmart when we arrived,so we were a little put out to have to make another trip for these things,so bring your own! If it was noted in the welcome packet,we could have planned. Plates and cups are glass-with kids on tile floors it was nerve racking,so we bought paper plates etc -Also,we like our beds plush,and this bed was extremely FIRM Otherwise, BEST VACATION EVER and great location,so thank you!

Beautiful view and perfect setup for a family of 4. Bring your own coffee, coffee filters, and salt and pepper. There is literally nothing from previous occupants (which I wasn’t prepared for). Everything you need (beach, pool, grocery store, restaurants) is within a couple miles. We had a blast!

We were so pleased when checking into this unit. The condo was very clean, nothing needed attention. Every need was anticipated with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The view from the balcony was spectacular! There was nothing I feel needed to be improved. A+++ Also, we never waited more than a minute for the elevator, very fast. We will be back!

Amazing Fall Break
We really enjoyed our stay again this week at the Splash. The condo was nice and clean, was stocked with everything you needed. The air went out on day 2, the owner was quick sending someone to fix it, unfortunately it couldn't be fixed the whole week so the owner offered to refund our whole amount so we could find somewhere else to stay with AC or give us 1/2 back if we stayed. We decided to stay and was happy the owner made this situation right. We would definitely stay at this condo again!!!!

We enjoyed our stay!
The condo was as expected. The beds and couch were old and not comfortable, but that is typical for beach condos. It was pretty clean except for the wad of extra sheets and blankets we found in the bedroom closet, which was full of sand and needed to be washed prior to use. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable visit.

Updated pictures would be great. We use Keurig at home but bought regular coffee bc the pic showed regular coffee pot. Very minute detail and nothing relative to make this stay anything less than 5/5 rating! Will come back.

We had the best time and have zero complaints. The condo is well stocked and the view is amazing! Bring your binoculars for early morning dolphin and other sea creature watching. We anticipated elevator issues based on other reviews of the property, but never had an issue and we were there during the busy July season.

What you see in the pictures is NOT what you get. This was really disappointing because I book units based on pictures, and I definitely would have booked a different rental instead. - The unit did not include a single rug, bath mat, or anything on the floor in any of the rooms. It's 100% tile everywhere. This made the unit super uncomfortable and we had to put towels everywhere to avoid slip and falls after coming back from the pool/beach wet and/or after taking showers. - There are no soap dishes in any of the bathrooms and kitchen - There is no laundry basket as pictured - No throw pillows on sofa; and it's a different sofa - No ottoman in living room; some of the décor is missing - Balcony does not have a table with three chairs and cushions. Instead, there's one lounge chair, two adirondack chairs, and a small side table. So don't plan on eating breakfast on the balcony. There were some issues with the cleaning, which we resolved directly with the cleaning crew onsite. They actually knocked on our door and were upfront about the things they hadn't done, and quickly fixed the issues. There are only two elevators for the entire building, so the lines are very long, especially during check in. There were a few times we opted to walk up to the 19th floor. The best part of the rental was the free beach chairs and umbrella. Overall, I would not rent this unit again simply based on the misleading pictures.
