Lo maravilloso de aquí fue la cama, estaba súper suave, lo peor es que mientras nos bañamos se fue el agua varias veces además de que el agua caliente no duraba, el estacionamiento fue en la calle

cuando llegamos y expidia me tubo que buscar otro hotel que estaba afuera del area donde queríamos quedarnos Recibi dos notificaciones de ustedes que se ivan a cobrar mi estancia en el Hotel Maria Otilia Falla espero que si asi lo hicieron regresen el cobro hecho ya que el Hotel nuna nos recibio y no nos dio ningun servicio no entiendo como Expidia siendo una compañía Mundial en referir hoteles puede referir un hotel como este que es una estafa para cualquier persona . Espero que me regresen el dinero que aplicaron a mi tarjeta . Tambien espero que se me responda por favor a este nensaje Sinceramente Bertha Macy
