DO NOT STAY THERE!! It was the worst experience !!! We stayed there and both got horrible cases of bed bug bites! I have huge clusters of bites from my head, to my face to my neck and to every part of my body. We both had a terrible time of it and I am still full of huge itchy bumps. I wrote them multiple times. The only response that I got was blame from Randi who said that they wish we had told them sooner so they could have moved us. (We told them as soon as it happened!) I sent them many pictures, both of the bedbugs and of the welts all over our bodies, as well as videos of the bed bugs crawling on their bed, and was told that we would hear from the manager, but they went radio silent. It was unconscionable behavior! Not to dilute the severity of the bug bites, but in addition, outlets weren't working, the microwave wasn't working, we didn't have a fan until we asked and got it on day three,... I am happy to share the pictures here if requested. Do not stay there! It has been an absolute nightmare for us! They are the worst!

Perfect location!
This apartment was in the center of many great restaurants, directly next to a grocery store, and just steps away from the metro and the bus. The size of the apartment was extremely small but it was perfect for us because we were basically only there to sleep and shower. Management was very detailed about the check in and check out procedure which made it super easy.. We did inform them of our checkout time (which was before the max checkout time) and housekeeping showed up one hour before that and sat outside our apartment talking on the phone while looking at us through the window. A bit weird. The place was pretty clean with the exception of spider webs in the corners of the room and hanging above the bed. It’s probably also time to replace the curtains as they are stained. The bed was extremely comfortable which was nice after coming back from walking all day long. We found it to be very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.

Good location
I was very happy with the location of this property. I was in Paris for a long weekend and enjoyed the ability to easily walk or metro to where I needed to go. The bed was comfortable and the coffee maker, bathroom etc were as described. The weekend was very busy and the apartment was not quite ready on time, but it wasn't a major issue. All in all it is a nice stay for a single person or couple.

L'appartement n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. À notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et le robinet du lavabo de la sdb fuyait (il y avait de l'eau au sol). Ils sont venus rétablir l'eau chaude et réparer la fuite, mais le robinet coulait toujours. De plus, les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas et il n'y a ni air climatisée, ni ventilateur. Et l'une des poubelles n'avait été vidée, un vieux bas trainait dans un coin, ainsi qu'un masque...

Leuke buurt, matige appartement
Heel klein, matig schoongemaakt, en de ruimte bleef vochtig na het douchen. Vloer was niet schoon en in de badkamer zat een mierennest. Geen aanwezigheid van de handleiding kachel en magnetron. Ook geen duidelijk uitleg waar de sleutel van het appartement was. Goed bed. Er gingen teveel mensen over het app. Waardoor veel verwarring ontstond.

L'appartement n'était pas prêt à notre arrivée. Nous sommes venus à 14h40 pour une entrée à 15h. De toute façon le ménage n'aurait pas pu être fait en 20 mn. Nous sommes revenus à 15h. Toujours pas prêt. Nous avons trainé nos valises avec nous toute l'après-midi. La personne que j'ai pu joindre aurait pu me rappeler pour me dire quand nous pouvions rentrer dans les lieux. Déçus.
