Lovely hotel, Rooms really clean Air con didn’t work but they opened the window which was a godsend Staff really friendly great continental breakfast. Close to Gare du Nord and Gare de L’est great metro and RER links to explore Paris The surrounding area is a bit rough but didn’t impact on our stay. Our room was also very quiet no outside noise

Exactly what it needed to be! 5 minute walk from Gare Est. Room was small but it fit the three of us (3 yr old son) and the little pull out bed was comfortable for him. Breakfast was basic but well attended.

Great hotel for somebody who's planning to spend minimum time in the hotel and walk around the city, it has everything you need for couple of days in Paris. Breakfast decent, nothing special, but not bad.

October with kids..
The room was clean, compact and as expected for a Paris room - especially at the price we paid. The service was lovely and the staff were helpful. The room itself could do with a few more hooks etc.. for coats, and despite the heat as it was a warm October there was no air conditioning (We did ask a staff member for help, but it would only do hot??) The included breakfast and general pleasant stay made up for this though, and I would be sure to stay again. It is in a more undesirable part of Paris, which is no fault of the hotel, but if you are generally street smart you should be fine (I was with my child and never felt unsafe.. but just be mindful.)

Convenient for a short stay if you need to be near gare d’lest or Gare du nord. It’s a pretty dodgy area around the hotel, I wouldn’t stay here for more than a couple of nights.

Value for money close to Canal St Martin
Small hotel with functional rooms for sleeping in. I wouldn’t stay here if you are planning on spending lots of time in your room as the bathrooms are particularly tiny and walls were painted red, so it is very dark in the space. The hotels and rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast was a really nice way to start the day - go early as it can get get rather congested but 9:30 also wasn’t too bad. Bag store is available for free, they tag the bag and only the staff retrieve. Overall great base for exploring northern and eastern Paris. Remember station areas are generally less pleasant so avoid strangers trying to talk to you.
