Annoyng room service, called before coming to let them know than will be after midnight and couldnt find my name on a list, hard to communicate in english.....................................................

Hotel lost or discarded my booking

Pros: I didn't see the rooms so can't comment. The rooms in the sister hotel some distance away (a Kyriad) were clean but cramped, not particularly nice.
Cons: The management need to be more respectful of guests and their bookings, and have enough staff to run the place properly.
Location: I booked this because it was fairly near the Parc des Expositions (by taxi). It was a big mistake. I will not use the chain again.
I had a terrible experience with the hotel. They lost or discarded my booking and were barely apologetic. Among other stories, they tried to blame Expedia for not contacting me; Expedia had never been informed. They relocated me to a hotel run by the same parent company but made me wait an hour to be driven to a different part of Paris. The reception staff were extremely busy running the attached restaurant rather than helping guests. Credit to Expedia for compensating me for the terrible experience.

Know what to expect.

Pros: Beds were comfortable in the 2nd room.
Cons: Install peep holes on room doors to provide more security and safety. Clean the vent covers and vents.
Location: Saw some trails really close by. Across the road was a cemetery.
The first room we had, the toilet ran continuosly. The problem was reported and a request for a room change was refused due to being fully booked until a request to move to a sister hotel which was next door was suggested. Suddenly a twin room became availabe. All seemed well there. Beds were comfortable as were pillows. However, the fan/vent above the tub was coated with dust. The sink leaked by the drain when you ran water. The room doors had no peep holes to see who was at the doos. Amenities were good. Staff were pleasant but provided incomplete directions to get to Paris. Easy .. take bus #350, then the metro #4 line to get to Notre Dame. The metro part was omitted. Trip one way is over 1 hour. Would I recommed this hotel? Probably not. Can't comment on food as never ate there.

Good hotel, close to airport. There is a huge shopping centre near by but staff never keen to tell you. Internet useless but for its price is worth to stay

Never going back!

Pros: There are bus stops nearby and a shopping center a ten minute walk away.
For starters, if you don't speak fluent French don't stay here. There were only a couple of employees that spoke English that could assist us. Second, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything happening in the room next door and down the corridor. And last but not least, the rooms are non-smoking but some guests don't seem to understand that. That was our case one evening when we woke up to smoke fumes. We immediately went to the receptionist who "supposedly" placed a call to the guests who were smoking. I say supposedly because they were speaking French and we didn't understand what was being said nor who the receptionist was speaking to. Afterwards, we went back to our room to an endless night of smoke fumes entering. We had to open the window fully to circulate the air and finally get some much needed rest. Needless to say, we won't be returning nor recommending this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs!!!

Parking limitations

Nice hotel but very dificult to park especially with all the tour buses. Location not the best for public transport and local area a little intimidating. Staff and hotel and rooms were very good. Would book again but get back early for parking. The hotel next door also has same parking area.

There is some smell in the room, not good

Pros: none
Cons: remove the smell in the room, that is very important.
Location: shops or restaurant is located about 1-2km away. Hotel has a restaurent, but main course is not good.
Room is small, but it is OK. The bad thing is there is smell in the room. The blanket is old and maybe the smell is from that. Food in the restarant is not very good, either.

Pros: Comfortable.
Cons: Finding the hotel.
Location: Very hard to find at night from Eiffel Tower area!
Can only say that the room was comfortable for the few hours we stayed there. My wife broke her arm elsewhere and we spent the evening at the hospital. We arrived at the hotel at about 2:00 a.m.. Left at about 9:00a.m.. Location was hard to find due to bad or missing street signs.
