"The property was beautiful. Loved the shuttles that pick you up and drop you off if you’re staying at the villas on top. The breakfast was delicious and it’s close to patong beach and about at 20 minute walk to bangla road. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our stay here. "

"Novotel Phuket Resort Patong was a lovely resort overall. Very friendly and polite staff, who assisted us with tour bookings and other queries we had during our short stay. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty to choose from and catered for all nationalities. It can do with some facility updates as it's 4-star rating. We would recommend the resort to family or friends if visiting Phuket. We wish the staff all the best for the future and thank them for their hospitality."
