Short but Sweet

Had a wonderful long weekend here! Weather was beautiful and the views from the balcony can’t be beat. Beds are comfortable and condo very nicely decorated. Building is very quiet and location is great, just across the street from both Peg Leg Pete’s and a convenience store. Definitely recommend this condo!

Lovely Time in Pensecola
You couldn't ask for a better location! Across the street from the only convenient store on this side of the bridge. Also across the street from Peg Leg Pete's (excellent food and service). The condo was clean and had everything you need including beach chairs and toys. The host is very responsive and even let us know that the Blue Angels would be flying by so we wouldn't miss them. Love every minute of our trip. Totally recommend this condo.

Ladies’ weekend
This condo was perfect for a long weekend getaway for five college friends who still get together every year. Plenty of comfortable seating in the main room, the decor was beachy, but not over the top, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The 7th floor view of both the bay and the ocean was beautiful, and we were only steps away from the beach. We all arrived a few hours before check in time, and the owner was amazing in allowing us to check in early. It was an awesome weekend. Would definitely come back and would recommend this condo to others!

Clean and cozy
Very cute, inviting and clean condo. Beautiful ocean views and access. The weather was chilly so no swimming but the hot tub was nice! Some noise from construction and garbage trucks but nothing crazy.

Awesome condo. We went to Peg Leg Petes every night.
Love the condo the view was awesome. It was super clean. The location could not have been better. Its was right across the street from Peg Leg Petes. Their food and drinks were affordable and so good!. There is also a conveinance store right across the road. The hosts left us alone. If we needed them they would have been there I am sure.i met the cleaning lady too. She was super friendly.

Perfect weekend getaway
The condo was spotlessly clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Access to the beach is easy- even with a toddler in hand. A restaurant and convenience store are located right across the street so driving isn’t necessary. The host is a good communicator. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location, beautiful view!
From first inquiry to check out this was one of the easiest experiences we’ve had through VRBO. This condo is in the PERFECT location. The view from the balcony is AMAZING! The unit itself was clean, quiet, welcoming and cozy! Close to all the restaurants and attractions the beach has to offer, but just far enough away from the chaos of the constant traffic LOL! We are locals, but staying here made us feel like we were truly on vacation! We had the best time celebrating our daughters birthday and can’t wait to come back!

Great property
Had a great stay! Only concern we had is the owners gave us the wrong gate code to get in and out of the complex. I left early one morning with my 2/3 of my kids and got out the gate because a trash truck had come in. We got locked outside and couldn’t get back in with the code they gave until I seen a maintenance man I screamed for his help and he explained that the gate code givin had been out of date for at least a year so that was very inconvenient but other than that they stay was great!

Overall a fantastic experience from booking to leaving, the property manager answered any questions I had promptly even when we had someone in our parking space when we returned one night, even the owner followed up with my. Plenty of room for the 5 of us updated appliances in kitchen. Beautiful sunrise view from balcony. We were notified when the room was available even a little before actual check in time as we arrived in Florida in the morning hours and we were able to leave our bags at the condo while housekeeper was cleaning which was an added plus so we didn’t have to take suitcases to the beach or pool. Will definitely use again

Great location-right on beach so no crossing roads. Everything was wonderful and clean. Property manager responded quickly to any questions. Only drawback was no washer and dryer in room but has access to common one downstairs.

Everything was perfect for us inside and out and the location could not have been better. There were a lot of little things throughout the condo that made our stay more comfortable. Incredible Condo on Pensacola Beach
Just WOW! The location, the size of the condo, the amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, the Kitchen I can’t say enough about this place! The owners have definitely put 100% into making their condo feel like home away from home. The views from the balcony are amazing! Love the small condo atmosphere and being RIGHT ON THE BEACH makes it so easy and quick to access the sand and water! Not crowded at all! We will definitely be back in the future. By far our BEST experience with a rental EVER!

Very nice condo. Comfortable beds, nice size balcony, great kitchen stocked with all appliances needed, very nice dinning area. I could go on and on, everything was fantastic! Only thing missing when checking in was the gate code to park inside the gate.

Great Condo!
This condo was great. It is an easy walk to the beach, and the beach itself is quiet. Condo was clean with a nice patio to see both the sound and the gulf. The smaller guest room has stuff for the beach (ie chairs, umbrellas), which was a pleasant surprise and came in handy. The shower in the guest room was pretty tiny. It is fine for families with kids, but there is not a lot of room for an adult. Also, the hot water had to be turned all the way and the cold barely on to get a normal temperature of water for the shower in the guest room, but that is only a minor complaint. Everything else was great, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you for the review, and we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Regarding the tub not working, this was not communicated to us during the guests stay. Upon cleaning the unit we noticed that the tub was stained with something, and when we inquired about it we were then told that the tub was not working. The tub was in fact working it was just draining slowly due the guest's hair being in the drain.
