Great place to stay
Surfside Properties hospitality was top notch. We were greeted upon our arrivals and just a phone call away from anything we needed. I would absolutely use Surfside Properties again. The place was clean and comfortable beds.

Great / easy access to the bay and ocean both.
We had a great time at this place. The location is awesome with great proximity to the bay (maybe 150 yds) which was great for our young son to quickly access sand for playtime at a down tempo beach area. The ocean is very close as well being just across the street and only slightly further distance than the bay. Given that we did have a toddler (nearly 3yo), I was concerned that the handrails on the stairs likely aren’t up to code and a child could very easily fall through the handrail falling up to 8 ft. This should be addressed with vertical slats being added to close the large open gap in the railing. Overall, we had a most excellent time and would visit this property again.

Loved it!
We had a great time! Location was excellent (a few minutes walk to the beach), and the property was just as advertised. A lock on a deck door was broken when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed after we reported it. We used the walk in closet in one of the bedrooms for a pack n play for our son, and it worked great. Management was attentive and quick to answer any questions. We would totally stay here again!

The unit was clean, very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. I was a bit worried that due to the memorial day holiday that crowds would be an issue but in this location we were close to the action but able to escape to some peace and quiet as well. Very close to the entrance to the Ft. Pickens section of the Natl Seashore. Would recommend and would stay again if ever in the area again.

Vacation time
This place was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation time. Close walk to the beach and short car mile distance to boardwalk and restaurants. I will definitely consider coming back! Calm and peaceful environment!

Our "Go to" Place to Stay at Pensacola Beach
This is a very nice unit in a great location. Cleanliness, layout, furnishings all good. We really enjoyed our stay here. Wish it could have been longer.

Cute and affordable
As other reviewers stated, it could use a deep cleaning. The cleaning fee is too high for the level of clean. But it wasn’t horrible. The beach really isn’t in walking distance if carrying a bunch of stuff, just my opinion. But there is plenty of parking so we drove to the beach access each time. The condo is super spacious and furniture very comfortable! For an old structure, it was pretty nice. Very good for the price. Lori is really nice too!

Comfort and Convenience!
We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the Boardwalk. Close to beach access, bay, pool and trolly stop. Well appointed for an older unit. Furniture is comfy! It is in need of a deep cleaning and some bleaching of linens and bathtubs.

Best ever stay experience, beyond our expectation.
We had stayed in this property for 3 nights. It's very clean, well decorated, quiet and also spacious, quite like a home. The kitchen provides any cooking stuffs we need. It's a wise decision for us to rent this property. I

Lovely location
The customer service was excellent. It was my 30th bday and they made sure to accommodate the requests I had. The property was as advertised. My only issue was the cleanliness. This location charges a pretty hefty cleaning fee which I was ok with. However there were many things not cleaned to the standard I would have expected from the cleaning fees. Ex. Once we moved the place mats on the table there was dried food never cleaned. The shower curtains were extremely dirty. There were stains on the sheets/blankets. All of the bathroom showers water backed up the first usage. I would definitely stay again, just please either lower the cleaning fees or clean a little better.

Great location but could have been cleaner
The location of this rental property was excellent! It was close to everything and right across the street from the beach! It was recently renovated, which was nice! Our biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of the place! Our infants hands and knees were black from crawling on the floor, so we felt like it could have been cleaned more! Also, the construction work on the roof was quite annoying! We were on vacation and didn't appreciate being woken up at 6:30 am on Saturday and Sunday with banging on the roof and men talking very loudly outside our room on the balcony! We understand if things are still under construction but that should have been listed in the description or the place shouldn't have been rented out during construction! The workers actually dropped pieces of metal with sharp edges that our 2 year old picked up and we just didn't think that was very safe! Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed our time there and would stay again if a few changes were made!

Beach getaway
This property was ideal for my daughter and myself. The decks had views of the gulf and were user friendly. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. And, the beaches were delightful (the condo even had beach chairs for your use). The only cautionary piece is the stairs - there are many.

Solid place for family vacation
Nice family environment, quiet beach that is easy to access. Wide asphalt foot/bike paths in Pensacola are top notch. Restaurants and retail are easily accessible. Ft Pickens Park is also very near and very nice. Pool was still closed due to hurricane I believe which was not disclosed. All in all a great place for a family vacation.

Great Beach Property
The property was easy to find and has been taken care of very well by the rental company. It fits a group of 6 very well and has good access to the bay and the beach. Highly recommend staying here for a beach getaway!

Family Vacation 2020

Beautiful villa condo close to water!
This was a very nice condo, the bay in the back and the ocean across the front street. Very quiet. There are three sets of stairs, so I would not suggest for someone who has trouble. They did not supply a dish scratcher or sponge to wash dishes, nor dish soap. There was no foil, plastic wrap, baggies, coffee. We had to go back across the bridge to Wal-Mart to get more supplies. If you are flying, there was a lot you need. We were not supplied a cooler for the beach, not beach chairs which would have been nice. Others we stayed at supplied all of these. Overall, the place was very enjoyable!

Pensacola Beach Getaway
We had a great time during our Spring Break sray even during the crazy times with the initial COVID-19 warnings. The condo was extremely clean and beautiful! Plenty of space to practice social distancing for our family! We were greeted with a smile upon arrival and the fresh cookies before we left were such a sweet touch. We make this trip every Spring Break and plan to return again!
