When I booked the property I made the mistake of booking an accessible room. So I wanted to correct as soon as I got to the property. I was told at first there was lots of room available still to choose from so I thought I’d end up with another balcony room but instead we got a ground level which was fine as long my price was adjusted, but the first one they gave us was still very dirty. Someone had spilled coffee or some sort of dark drink all over the wall and it was left, what looked like ketchup all over by air conditioner, sand and dirt all over the floor. I wasn’t embarrassed with room 3 either but my husband at this point was tired of changing rooms. Room 3 had, orange electric cords running lights, water coming in window which they did fix right away, dirty towels and morning of check out we had no hot water and had to take cold showers.
Sad this happened on our anniversary weekend but what do you do. Would have been charged to leave early.
When we stayed in February we must have got an updated room cause it looked nothing like what we got this time.
