The beds are comfortable. It’s on the beach. Two pools to choose from. Tiki bar on the pool deck. It’s been a great quick beach stay!

Harassed by management and staff to check out early though there is a sign at the front desk that states check out is at 11 am. Staff walked in the room three times while we were bathing and feeding our infant child without knocking. They advised that I was marked as a no show and that the incidentals was not charged on the card though it was charged twice. Rude staff. Beds are hard. Room was not cleaned.

The view of the ocean was beautiful 😍. The location was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. I didn’t know i was going to be charged for parking until i got there. It doesn't tell you how much until yoi check-out and thats the only thing i didn't like. I actually thought parking was free when i booked 😑. I loved that breakfast was included. I actually booked a room on the first floor facing the ocean without a balcony but i got a room on the 3rd floor not facing the ocean. Still had a great time! Room was nice, great property! 2 nice pools, couldn't beat the ocean view!

Could not check in early because room was not ready(2:00-which was acceptable) however our room’s tile floor was sticky. I wiped floor with plain water and white wash cloth it was literally black. I discreetly brought it the to the attention of young lady at the desk, super nice and very professional. We were not looking for anything free, we are traveling for 14 days and deliberately booked ALL Hampton Inns. We have always liked Hampton. The staff seems very young and maybe not customer service oriented or they are just too busy and know it doesn’t matter. I probably would not recommend Pensacola Hampton Inn. We stayed in New Orleans for 4 days prior to Pensacola and the staff there was absolutely AMAZING- maybe we got spoiled.

When I booked the property I made the mistake of booking an accessible room. So I wanted to correct as soon as I got to the property. I was told at first there was lots of room available still to choose from so I thought I’d end up with another balcony room but instead we got a ground level which was fine as long my price was adjusted, but the first one they gave us was still very dirty. Someone had spilled coffee or some sort of dark drink all over the wall and it was left, what looked like ketchup all over by air conditioner, sand and dirt all over the floor. I wasn’t embarrassed with room 3 either but my husband at this point was tired of changing rooms. Room 3 had, orange electric cords running lights, water coming in window which they did fix right away, dirty towels and morning of check out we had no hot water and had to take cold showers. Sad this happened on our anniversary weekend but what do you do. Would have been charged to leave early. When we stayed in February we must have got an updated room cause it looked nothing like what we got this time.

I like that the pool were on the beach side. The beach right on the back side of the hotel was a plus! The only issue i had was that a requested new towels but never received them, other that everything else was excellent.

Property was a bit dated, Some parts were dirty - For instance, someone dropped ice cream in the doorway of one of the elevators and it was there for at least three days. I was disappointed that you had to request your room to be serviced or cleaned or to get towels. We had to ask 2 days in a row for more shower gel - In all fairness, Cassidy From the front desk ran up the first night But it turned out to be shampoo, not shower gel. So we requested shower gel the next day And they did deliver it while we were gone Overall, the staff was really nice and requests were Fulfilled With a smile. The hotel was fully booked several nights of our 10 days stay And I have to the breakfast crew worked exceptionally hard to keep food filled, and did a great job

View of the gulf was beautiful and the private balcony was nice. Not very quiet, could hear people in the room next door and a dog left alone in a room yelping for a few hours. The bathtub drained really slow so we were standing in water during showers. Lots of staff that kept common areas clean. Breakfast was good. Beach access was awesome.

We had a party of 4, two of which were teenagers. Meaning they do not keep towels after more than one use. We had to call to get some new towels and were given the response that we hadn’t been there long enough to request new towels. We never received any until my husband went to the front desk and got some. Then when they cleaned our room, they took all the towels including the clean ones still folded on the shelf and didn’t replace them. Shower didn’t have a shower curtain, had to request that. You could hear absolutely EVERYTHING that happened outside the room. Kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night. Slamming of doors, banging things again the hall walls. Then they charge $15 a day for parking however do not monitor the parking lot at all. There were almost no parking spots on a daily basis. Cars parked lined up all around the hotel in non parking spots. Making it nearly impossible to navigate through to find a parking spot. If you’re going to charge for parking, make sure your paying customers have parking spots available. Or just include it in your reservation fee if you’re not going to monitor it and make sure that people not even staying at your hotel aren’t parking in the lot.
