Great downtown location. Walking distance to several restaurants, shops. Newer property, clean. I was staying under 2 separate reservations- and despite discussing this at check-in, I was locked out of my room and had to go explain it all again and get new key cards.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff within walking distance to the Bay Center which is why we were there. We go to Pensacon every year. This is the first time we've stayed close to the event. We had a wonderful time, will definitely be back. Only inconvenience is there isn't enough parking.

Exceptionally clean, nice room with huge shower. Modern facilities and decor. Very comfortable. Front desk clerk was so friendly, quick, and professional. Offered water bottles and dog biscuits at check in. Will definitely stay here again.

The whole staff was so friendly and helpful . The hotel lobby, bar and room were so clean and nicely decorated . The lobby store had great selection of snacks and drinks. The hotel was walkable to the beach….beautiful view. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Poorly trained staff, rude and ill mannered. No concern for quality of stay, very poor food quality, pathetic for a new facility! Will never stay again, would not recommend!

Every employee we came in contact with were super friendly and willing to help. Especially Eve she went out her way on multiple occasions to make us feel she was more than willing to help and we weren’t just another customer. The restaurant food was good but they didn’t seem ready for customers when we were there.
