The prime Pensacola location, this lovely home is located less than a mile from the University of West Florida and the Scenic Highway along Escambia Bay. The freeway is also less than a mile away, making it effortless for you to get out and visit all of the Sunshine State's many attractions.

When you aren't busy creating lifelong memories out and about, settle down and enjoy the naturally-lit living room's comfortable seating, work desk, and large Smart TV. The adjacent well-appointed kitchen will appease any chef with its gleaming countertops, updated appliances, and breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, gather around the high-top dining table for delicious bites.

The pleasant bedrooms boast awesome perks such as work areas, soft linens, and tasteful decorations. Central air-conditioning ensures everyone stays cool when it's warm outside. A private washer/dryer, board games, beach gear, and internet access round out the interior amenities.

As the sun begins to set over the palms, head for the firepit where you can share s'mores and campfire stories.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
