The outside of the areas was trash everywhere not much areas to walk your dog. The room we were in was the smoking room they need to put air fresheners in there when people do smoke need to upgrade the room the beds there was no dresser in there Holly no closet and there was bugs in the bathroom and floor too the sink was Dripping the tub had cigarette Burns all around it they really need it upgrade inside and out

The room was beautiful and clean. But outside of that, it was a rough area and the building wasn’t what we expected. The pool was even dirty.

If you just need a place to sleep, this is it. Clean, everything you need to stay. We were fishing the area so it was perfect for us and we will be back. If you want “fluff” this is not the place.

Not much to like about this hotel. The first thing we had to do was kill a roach on the wall. Then my 5 yr old was walking around barefoot and his feet were completely black from the floors being dirty. There was a dead bug in our bed and our duvet cover was dirty too. It's extremely disappointing especially for how much we paid to stay here.

I don’t know why the additional $50 charge is required…was told it’s refundable…but twice I’ve stayed here and cleaned the room myself and only slept in (1) bed in a double smoking room…have yet to have the $50 returned to my card both times staying…checked width my bank and it hasn’t been credited back to me.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were super clean. They have a lot of bright lighting in the parking lot at night which made me feel better as the neighborhood is run down. Close to NAS. I would stay here again.

Not a very good place to stay, definitely won’t be back. The room itself wasn’t the worst I’d ever been in but it wasn’t all that great either. Shower had rust in it and the room smelled like smoke. Lots of creepy people walking around and I think there was some underage sexual activity going on with older men which was very disturbing. Loud motorcycles in the morning and at night. Overall I’d give it a 4/10.

Next time you see a crime happening, especially with a minor, please call us at the front desk or 911. It is a shame you saw something & didn’t say something, you/we could have saved a life...Crimes happens anywhere, 9/11 was a crime for your knowledge. My 1 employee was busy assisting other guests, please next time if you see something, please saying or call someone. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you while we assisted other guests, please give us another chance in the future to earn your business.

Not a nice place to stay!
A bunch of tweakers all over the motel, trash all over the parking lot! I was able to get a refund for my second night. I felt very unsafe their. I’ve never had a problem with motel 6 until staying in Pensacola Florida.
