This property was very nice. The place was clean and tidy. The beds were so comfortable. The shower was hands down the best shower I’ve ever had. Heat and water pressure were amazing. Would highly recommend.

Cozy house in super convenient location
Property had everything we needed and was as described. Location is perfect!! We wished there was an outdoor seating area, as the weather was perfect during our stay. Also, the hot water is EXTREMELY hot!! Use with caution! Will definitely rent this property again.

Overall the stay nice and good for what we needed while during our stay.
The overall place looked clean. There a few items that were broken and we communicated them to the owner. The livingroom table front leg is loose. If you touch it a little the table collapsed. The foosball and Pac-Man game was sticky and the pac man button didn’t work. It wasn’t major for us but it would have been nice to for my kids. We also discovered late in our stay that some of the windows were partially opened and most didn’t lock. I will say everything we brought to the owners attention he addressed right away. Lastly, I don’t think the listing pictures show but there’s no way tv in the bedrooms.

Excellent Little Hideaway, More Than Sufficient!
Great newly updated/ painted property in a clean, well kept, safe, quiet neighborhood. We had a great time with this excellent central location, got great sleep every night in this super quiet area. Myself and a friend stayed here, we had more than enough room, we could easily have had 4 more guests with 3 queen beds. We had a pretty full schedule so barely made use of the amenities such as Pac Man and Galaga in the basement. Also a great sitting room in the basement with a couch and great assortment of DVDs for the whole family. Oh yes, a Foosball table too. We had one minor issue, the curtain rod in the shower would not snap into place. Matt came literally WITHIN MINUTES and replaced it with a brand new heavy duty one. I don't get service like that at The Hilton! Overall the communication was with Matt was flawless, he was an excellent host. Highest recommnendation, we will be back when our travels take us to Peoria.

Perfect location to all the major stores. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Check-in was simple. TVs in the bedrooms and patio furniture in the backyard would be a nice touch. You will need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. Would definitely rental again.

Centrally located in good neighborhood
Plenty of room in this 3 level home. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It is a little noisy walking through house, but is expected with an older home.

So clean and accommodating- great location!
Location is awesome, such a quiet cute neighborhood. So much food and stores nearby. Games are so fun downstairs! Really great for a family looking to “get away” during the stay! Cleanliness is great!

Nice neighborhood
Another great stay with Matthew, fast responsiveness with questions or concerns. CUTE 3 level home, room for our small family and my daughter to visit. Adult kids had a great time with foosball table. Had items we needed in the kitchen and Matthew was a great host, had a shovel at the ready for the snow! Clean and comfortable!
