Large, walkable, one bedroom, ground floor apartment

Fo’c’sle: forward part of a ship below the deck.
Bottom unit, private entrance 720sq ft one bedroom suite with full kitchen, dining room, and living room, laundry, and 3/4 bath. Wi-Fi and several streaming platforms. A small futon or comfy couch, or the dreaded air mattess, for additional guests. Very short walk to down town and peek-a-boo views of the harbor and mountains. This unit accommodates WELL BEHAVED dogs for a small fee.

Queen bedroom with 700tc sheets. Trendy dining area. Comfortable leather couch. Fully outfitted kitchen. Shared laundry room in covered entrance.

*Projects are slow in Alaska especially with our work schedule. Please forgive missing trim, or other small, unifinished projects while we continue to make this unit perfect.


*sound carries in this house so you may hear people upstairs. You can hear them better than they can hear you so just play some music or TV if the shuffling upstairs is bothersome.
