This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and there are even games and coloring books in the lobby for the kids. It's within walking distance of the Phildelphia Museum of Art, Franklin Institute, and Rodin Museum. We didn't find many places to eat within walking distance but there are a few places.

Enjoyed contemporary vibe, complimentary coffee from 7-11am, comfy beds, complimentary pretzels in pm, long wait for breakfast and many menu items not available; loved the mini candy bars, beautiful healthy plants, card games and travel books in the lobby. Quiet rooms but loud air conditioning in our unit. Helpful staff. Cool snack bar with self checkout. High recommended.

Lovely little hotel close to the Philadelphia museum of art. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Nice choice of reasonably priced items for breakfast. Room had a very appealing urban boutique feel.
