The A/C did not properly work in the unit. We could not get maintenance to get it to work properly and had to deal with the inside being a constant 76-78 degrees. Not a fully staffed front desk and not a great area in general.

The room was pretty cool. The bathroom could have been touched up/remodeled. Kitchen area was great. We literally just sleep and watched a little TV. Used the room as a brief stay after leaving an air b and b with family. Close to the airport and quiet. Served it purpose!!

Looks can be deceiving and you get what you pay for. They did some renovations which helped a little like the bathroom was clean and modern and there was a standard size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, Roku TV, keurig, toaster oven and microwave which were nice, but the inside of the toaster oven was crusty and didn’t look clean. The room was generally clean but the furniture and lighting is old and outdated. The lighting was yellow, old and dingy. When we arrived, it reeked of a musky smell like they were covering up something and noticed the door to enter our room was missing the metal piece on the door frame that the latch secures to. It was basically a big hollow space so the door latch could easily be pushed in with a flat surface from the outside to get in. It looked like someone already tried to pry open the door and broke it. This was a huge safety issue and after reporting it to the property manager, they said they were sold out and couldn’t move us to a different room and they didn’t have anyone available to fix it until the next morning. They did a janky job fixing it. So we slept at night with a couch against our door to secure it from the inside. This was unacceptable!!! They didn’t even offer a discount for the inconvenience. The entrance to the place from the outside was via a keypad entry and code. So someone can easily prop the door open, and someone did one night, so anyone can get in and there’s no security which was another safety issue.

Nothing but problems once I made my reservation! I paid extra to have an early check in, but was told when I arrived at the early time that the room was not ready. I had to come back 2 hours later, being from out of town and had an event to get to by 5pm, I waited in the parking lot. I saw many people go in with luggage and never come back out as I did, I received my text with the room number and code @ 3:30 but it said that I couldn't check in before 4:00. At 3:55 I went in to check in, I was entering the code to the assigned room when the door suddenly opened and this room was already occupied. I went back to the front desk to ask why if check in was at 4:00 pm, there were people in my assigned room prior to me getting there? They made the people leave, had a maid " re clean" the room. I remember seeing these people in the parking lot about an hour before, so they had to have been allowed to check in early as I assume all the other people that went in and didn't come back out did as well. I was told my early check in charge would be refunded. I haven't seen it yet. These are just the problems I had getting into the room, once I got into the room the problems continued. The remote for the front area TV was in pieces, I had to hold it together to get it to work, so I thought since the couch was so dirty I would turn on the TV in the bedroom, it turned on but said there was no signal. This was not the end of the issues I had, I will never stay here or with this corp again.

Honestly I have a really really bad experience staying in this apartment We take a shower after when we going to the bed I put my daughters in bed to sleep My daughter's a star screaming because cockroaches walking around the bed and night stand I trying to sleep and sofa and i see cockroach floor ,, I go to the bedroom and I see Cockroches are round very bad Including the kitchen sink.. I send those pictures and videos to the number they answer me When I try to Check-in.. When I text this number the person behind this number offer me another unit but I have my daughters already sleeping after i clean.. Around midnight I turn on the Air conditioner AC Guess what the AC is not working the room is hot. .. It's terrible I open the windows to we can get fresh air But I can't sleep because the noise from the car's outside is very loud the person behind the number they offer me again another room around midnight I can't take it because I have my Daughters already sleep around millones this is very bad experience I hope expedia or metro Tempe refound me The money for staying in this durty apartment that night.if not its ok but i never stay in this apartment complex and i don't recommend to anybody..

When we arrived at the room, the door was open. We went in to check it anyone was in there but it was empty. We had been given a code for the door at checkin which means anyone can have that code. The door did not have a deadbolt to close from the inside and the latch to lock from inside was also broken so we did not feel safe at all. When we texted to let them know and to have them give us a new room, they said they didn’t have another and we could cancel the reservation. It was 10pm and we were too tired to move. We ended up bumping the couch up to the front door to keep anyone from opening the door. The next issue was that it was impossible to sleep with the sound of the AC unit. It is understandable that these units make noise, but this was at another level. Unbelievably loud! The smell in the lobby and the halls was not pleasant. The security guard was the only good thing from this stay. Very friendly. We will NEVER stay here again and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very disappointed in this place! It was terribly stinky as several others have mentioned! My daughter was gagging all the way to and once inside our room even. We had to go buy an air freshener in order to even stay here. The window was broken and let in all the very loud traffic noise from the busy street right outside. There was a greasy pot and lid inside the cupboard and the bathroom was also dirty. We were provided with several plates but only 1 bowl, 1 fork and 1 spoon, to share I guess, pretty insane! No cooking utensils at all. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and we didn't have enough bedding, pillows or blankets for us either. Motion detector light switches within view of the beds, whose brilliant idea was that? Not the place to stay!

We liked the layout of the room and having the full size refrigerator/freezer. The ease of getting in the room was great! The downfalls were the one ply toilet paper, no kleenex and only one trash can in the room, which were very minor. We would definitely stay here again.

Frustrating all around. I booked this place, I was asked to go through a different link to place a security deposit. Ok fine, I did that. Didn’t get confirmation or a message saying anything about it going through or not. Never received an email about how to check in, so I message them and they say oh the deposit didn’t go through. Try to redo it and it gives an error that there is a processing issue, so I try a different card, same issue so I assume it’s in the website. We are 20 mins out from the place at this point and I don’t know if we will be able to get in. Finally it goes through. I get the email saying go use the side door facing the parking lot. We attempt to use that door with the only code that is provided. Didn’t work. Went through the front door and it smelled like someone dumped and waited bottle of cleaner, it was so strong it was like they were trying to cover the smell. Get to the room and realize there is another side door that doesn’t face the parking lot, but we try it. Still doesn’t work. So we get into the room, the ac is off. So we turned it on, the vent in the living room is closed so we have to climb on a chair to open it, not that that did much. The bathroom door didn’t fit in the door frame so we couldn’t close the door all the way. The worst part was the motion sensor lights. Everytime we rolled over at night ever single light in there turned on. I got zero sleep because I was up all night turning the lights off. The bathroom seemed dirty also.

The room was very unclean. It did not look to have clean bedding. The pillows were old and stained. Flooring corners dirty. No drain in the shower. Hair was in the shower, sheets, blankets. The atmosphere felt unsafe. No front desk help at night but on-site security. We left and requested a refund.
