Mother's day trip
Everything was wonderful and really enjoyed the trip! Only thing was the outlets in both bathrooms didn't work. I tried the breakers, but couldn't get them to turn on.

Family wedding trip
This home is lovely, open and easy to access. We plan on staying here again. We wanted to stay in the neighborhood of my brother's home so this fit. There was 5 of us, parents 89 & 91, and us 3 daughters. Single story was important as was open space to spend time together. This home was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our stay. Close to groceries and fast food, walking distance to Clubhouse and pool. Our host was easy to contact and very helpful. Kitchen, supplies, linens,etc. all well stocked and check out process was easy.

Quite the relaxing stay!
Loved the location, yes it’s a bit far out but it’s so quiet and scenic. The hot tub was our favorite, very relaxing. Nice home with plenty of space for everyone, we had a great time!

Perfect Retreat
The kitchen was well stocked. The layout of the house was conducive for gathering together or for personal time away. Most importantly our host made us feel welcome. Close to shopping and other activities. Would definitely recommend.

Spent the weekend in Phoenix/Sedona/Avondale area for the Spartan race and the property was a great base for us. It was very clean in a nice neighborhood with easy access to food and retail stores. The jacuzzi was very useful after a long day of racing. Great stay!!

Relaxing downtime
My sons and I stayed here after a backpacking trip in the Grand Canyon. It was the perfect place to rejuvenate after a physically taxing trip. The house was immaculate and the community pools were top notch. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely house
Paul and his wife were very nice-Large home-would be perfect for a small family. My husband did not enjoy the backyard-no mountain view just the wall. Otherwise if one likes the town of Goodyear--great home to stay -while in the area.

Huge House Comfortable Stay
Beautiful large home with room for a quite a few more people than our small family. Host was a great communicator and worked on a problem with the hot tub. Would have liked to have used it the first day but we understand. Great space, in a wonderful neighborhood. Would gladly say there again.

If your a looking for a home to spend some time family or just get away this house is the most amazing home away from. I loved the beauty and size. Owner sends conflicting info via app vrs email. Place was nice but if you’re looking for customer service or quick response you want to stay somewhere else. If you want access to the pool or club you have to contact the owner prior to your stay.

Inside home is roomy, well equipped and well maintained. Clubhouse is great feature. Owner was very responsive before/during/after stay. Some outdoor items could use some care - waterfall not working, no hammock, overgrowth. Also additional instructions on use of items would be helpful.

Was decent, not as clean as I would of liked
The property was in a good location, it was big and certainly enough room for my family and I. My only complaint was that while some areas were very clean, others weren’t. The floors in the bathroom, kitchen were all very clean. But then you sit down on the couch and there is food and crumbs etc. there was food underneath the beds. It looks like someone just moved out and left a bunch of stuff behind. There’s pieces of furniture and stuff under the beds. Overall suited our needs.

Wonderful home
This rating probably would've been higher had the outside temp not been over 115 degrees. House is wonderfully decorated and stocked and more than adequate for a large family. The main issue we had was the HVAC system was less than ideal. The house struggled to cool off when we arrived and the internal temp was set at 83 degrees. Eventually overnight the common areas of the house cooled off a bit but ventilation/cooling in the bedrooms was less than ideal even with ceiling fans operating plus the great room fan in the center of the house was non-functional. Would definitely stay here again if we need to stay again on the southern outskirts of Goodyear, especially if it is not in summer.

Beautiful home!
This house is absolutely gorgeous and set in the best neighborhood. It was just me and my husband but it could comfortably house a family of 8. Everything was clean, the house was stocked with essentials. The hot tub was fabulous! I can't say enough good things about it. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

The house was very nice. Good beds. Beautiful kitchen. Nice lounging areas with comfy couches. Make sure you make arrangements ahead of time if you want to use the community pool. No pool at house. Very communicative hosts.
