We thoroughly enjoyed this exceptional property for 3 wonderful days! The beautiful pool & multiple outdoor spaces meant we spent lots of time outside in the fresh air, both in the sun & in the shade. The home is in a lovely neighborhood & we walked different directions everyday - amazing desert views! We were amazed by the beauty, the peacefulness, & the comfort & variety of seating options. The pool, the shaded deck, the breezeway… simply the best! The indoors is also great! Convenient & well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, inviting spaces, we loved it all. Matt has made this home perfect for VRBO renters! It’s spotlessly clean, has every conceivable thing you may need, & checkin & communication were a breeze. We are now staying at another property that a friend is renting & we are shocked at the contrast of what they DON’T have. We so appreciate the thought & care Matt has taken in making this home a renter’s delight. We felt very well cared for. We WILL be back!! Thank you Matt, for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful House
Perfect house just a short drive from Phoenix. Great location in the hills that is very well maintained. We had a great stay and communication with the host was quick and helpful. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very Enjoyable Home
This property was lovely -- lots of windows and views, great pool/patio, and lots of covered spaces for reading and relaxing. The owner was wonderful -- he was very communicative and did all he could to ensure our stay was pleasant! The property is also very family-friendly -- with a Pack n Play, high chair, child rocker, and some kids' games on site. Note: all beds have Temprapedic mattresses.

Fantastic house with beautiful views
We had a great visit to see family in Arizona and enjoyed staying at Matt’s beautiful home in Fountain Hills. The house was clean and well equipped with everything. Communication with Matt was quick and easy. The views from every direction in the house are spectacular. My teenage kids also enjoyed the games and puzzles, which helped to really make it feel like home. Thank you, Matt for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would definitely stay there again and you recommend highly to others.

Even better than advertised
My family which includes two octogenarians, enjoyed the views, location, and comfort of this HOME. It was clean, cozy, and not much was expected of us to check in or out. You can even see the fountain from the front of the house. Only wish we would have used more of the many amenities, like the grills and pool. My grandmother is using a cane and had no problem getting around. We really enjoyed the balcony and backyard. We took scenic family pictures out there in the day and enjoyed some star gazing at night. Really appreciate the stay Matt and Sue, thank you.

Fountain Hills getaway
Absolutely love this property. Spacious home with pool and views in a quiet neighborhood. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home. Where to start.....well, communication with the host was clear and timely. We had no problems finding the house or accessing. This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay; the kitchen lacks nothing if you care to cook at home- which we did. I only wish we could have stayed longer so I could have made a cake for us to enjoy- or cookies for that matter- both could have been baked easily. BBQ available and the pool was enjoyed by all. Late October brings nice warm days and cooler evenings. Every bedroom was comfortable with extra linens/towels/blankets/pillows if needed. We love the location. Close to the town of Fountain Hills but also a short drove to Scottsdale and Phoenix. TV, Peloton bike, games all available. I would say that this is a place will keep everyone happy. We will definitely be back and we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much for opening your home to us; your hospitality was much appreciated.

Wonderful stay
The property is just as advertised. The views are even better in person. The accommodations had everything we needed. The location is great. It was very easy for us to get to Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Beautiful scenery along the way. It is a very nice city. Quiet and beautiful. Plenty of grocery stores, etc. We stayed at the start of the COVID-19 restrictions, but we were still able to golf and find what we needed. Having to stay put was not a problem as the house is very nice and the outdoor areas very private and breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home and we hope to stay again in the future. Matt was very easy to communicate with and we had a fantastic time!

We have been renting vacation homes through VRBO, Airbnb and local real estate agencies for 20 years. Sometimes one finds a place has not been kept up or perhaps the location not so great. So we do a lot of homework to find 'newer' or 'recently renovated' properties and look closely at maps. This property did not disappoint. The décor, cleanliness, amenities, peacefulness and communication with the owner all good, great even. We enjoyed this home immensely, and would stay again when in Fountain Hills.

Perfect house for a family vacation in a beautiful town.
We planned a family get together and the property was in a perfect location with amazing views and sunsets. We enjoyed using the oversized grill for a barbeque and the pool was perfect. Lots to do and see in a tranquil area. Plenty to do and lots of shopping. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable- we would definitely do this again!

Stunning views!
We reserved this property early in the year. I believe it was a fairly new listing so we were able to get a great deal. It was exactly as pictured. The house was amazing, the views even better. Very quiet neighborhood, great for relaxing. We spent much of our time hanging out on the back porch. A couple of cool things to note - we saw several coyotes wandering around, checking out the property across from us. And the cacti in the area are just the coolest. I did some research on them and it was pretty fascinating. Overall a great property ! As more people rent this and word gets out, I am quite sure it will eventually be out of our price range. So grab it now! Thanks for sharing your home Matt!

Exceptional Stay!
We just arrived home to the UK after staying at this beautiful home. We travel to Arizona and rent a home every year, this one has by far been our favourite! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The views are amazing! Was great to see the fountain from the front of the house. We spent our evenings relaxed in the back garden watching the sunset. The pool was perfect after spending all morning in the sun... really kept us cool. My fiancé had always had trouble with sleeping when we are on vacation... but the beds at this house were so comfy he slept well! The pillows were lovely on the beds - would be good to know where they are from so we can get some for our home. Matt was great - responded straight away to any queries we had. We are already planning next years vacation and this house will definitely be the one we book.

Fantastic Phoenix Getaway
Flew in from California for a long girls weekend with my mom, sister, and grandma. We could not have been more charmed by the neighborhood! Beautiful homes, beautiful landscaping, beautiful vistas! The check in instructions were very simple, we were certainly impressed with the home. Open floor plan, tastefully decorated for aesthetics and for comfort. We all found the beds and bedding to be extremely comfy (VERY important to me on vacation!) The pool was great, we hung out there for close to 5 hours on the first day. Enjoyed coffee w a view on the back porch every morning. Had a great dinner at Flourish (maybe 2-3 miles away.) Contacted Matt twice for different things — he was super attentive and easy to reach. We will definitely rent here again next time we are in the Phoenix area. Thank you for a lovely time!

The house and accommodations were fantastic! It felt like a home away from home for us! Everything was new and clean! Location was perfect and close to everything yet still peaceful. The views were beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Great for morning runs or walking! Very easy to navigate and find your way around! The house was awesome and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. We saw a comment in another review saying the pictures did not do the house justice and that was our reaction when we walked into the home. It is newly renovated, extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and the views are amazing. Definitely worthy of five stars!

Great place!
This home worked perfectly for our family while our son was at the Mayo Clinic over spring break. Close to the clinic, spacious, about the price of a hotel in the area, and a fun (albeit, somewhat cold in april) pool for our boys to play in. We would stay here again.

Great place!
We absolutely love Fountain Hills and decided to spend a few weeks there this year. This house was perfect for our visiting children and their families. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting and griddle/grill areas with the great views of the mountains and desert. We sat out til the wee hours and enjoyed the outdoor heater and the night lights of Fountain Hills. The house is clean and open and beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows are awesome and guarantee you a great nights sleep. The pool was too cold to really enjoy but we loved sitting out there with a glass of wine and enjoyed the lights at night. The location to Mesa, Scottsdale, zoos, restaurants, shopping and the airports are an easy drive and couldn’t of been anymore perfect. Matt is a wonderful host and easy to reach if you have questions. We look forward to returning!

We were visiting the area for the first time over spring break. The home was everything we needed; very clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Fountain Hills was close to everything we needed. Enjoyed hiking at Superstitious Mountain, boating at Lake Saguaro, ATV riding in Fort McDowell, Spring Training games in both Surprise and Mesa. The drives to everything were easy and enjoyable. Matt was very accommodating to our family of four! We would definitely rent again. Thank you for a great week.

Absolutely fantastic! If you want 360 degree views of the mountains in a very beautiful, very well furnished home with lots of extras at a great value ... This is it. My well to do Aunt and Uncle that live in fountain hills were jealous. Even in the middle of summer you can still enjoy the outside in the very nicely furnished breezeway. Very close to anything you need or want to do. And be prepared for how quiet the area is. The owner is very nice, easy to deal with as well as contacting. We did not want to leave. Absolutely the best we have ever stayed at. This is one time that the pictures do not show how great this house is. If you are going to Phoenix, this is the place to stay. Thanks Matt 👍
