Surprisingly quiet for a motel beside the busy I-10 freeway. Area looks a bit sketchy but management keeps an eye on grounds with many CCTV cameras and our car was not disturbed during the night. Conveniently located near Heard Museum and freeway onramp. We easily found a nice plane for salads, The Main Ingredient, a few miles away. Beds were comfortable.

This hotel is OK. Right between the freeway and an industrial area. No restaurants in the area. I should have researched better.

The bed told t me staff that they only change the sheets twice a week I had them changed before I went to bed. My Guess that arrived with me said they only had one curtain and the other room had roaches in their room I was shocked for the price of the rooms in this hotel I expected better.

The one gentleman working was very nice, I think they were understaffed that weekend. Hotel was old and dated but overall clean. Complementary breakfast was very underwhelming, decided to skip it and eat elsewhere. Seem like very expensive rate for the quality of the accommodations.

The floors felt dirty, when I woke up in the morning and discovered a small roach, crawling around the hallway within the hotel room. The staff seems pretty stingy on their towels and bedding. I was trying to get an extra blanket because the one we have is pretty thin. And they only provided two towels, one washcloth and one hand towel, which isn’t enough for two people. When I ask for the blanket and the towel, the staff kept asking whether I had more than two people. The room was also positioned next to a side door that kept opening and closing all night. I would’ve thought that they would’ve at least lock the door during the night hours, because of that people would go out there and smoke, causing the whole area outside of the room to smell of smoke.

I paid through Travelocity for this room. They asked for my debit card at time of check in. They charged my debit card one $153.98 and when I called to speak to the manager I guess I spoke to the owner he told me to go get blank And he was not refunding my money so now I got to file a complaint with Travelocity to get my money back. when I asked the front desk person this morning at time of check out why they charged my card again he started yelling at me. I asked for a receipt he told me no I was not allowed to receipt and that I would have to wait until they emailed a receipt to me. Finally after a little bit of an argument I was able to get a receipt and there is that charge for one $153.98

Checked in around 3pm. Did not have requested room. Gave us room that was under repairs. Front panel on sink was missing, bare wood showing. There was no hot water for sink. Reported to front desk. Was told they just installed a new water heater and there was nothing they could do. Phone in room did not work. Reported it and they removed the phone from room. Next day told us the phone line in the room did not work. No phone for entire stay. Alarm clock in room did not work. Had to go to front desk to get towels for the room. Did not service room until third day. Front desk staffer was extremely nice and polite. He as friendly and supportive. He gave us directions to great restaurants and tried to make our stay enjoyable even though he was unable to correct any of the problems. Do not feel the room was worth what we had to pay. Could have received a better room at Motel 6.

I did not like anything. Although breakfast is included, it was the hotel customers who actually argued with the hotel staff to bring the breakfast.Only when prompted and yelled at, the hotel "manager" brought breakfast. Terrible, lazy people.

Run down but friendly staff
Great service at check in, all staff was friendly during all interactions for our duration. Hotel is run down, but room was clean. Not a lot of restaurants nearby and breakfast was not good at all. Wouldn’t stay with a family or small kids again, but solo would be fine.

Property was dirty tub was stained roof had water leak shower would not shut off nasty filthy for $175. It should’ve been a lot nicer. Call spoke to the manager because his people would not do anything about it and he hung up on me. His name was DJ.
