We would stay here again. Good location for dining out, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable, good breakfast, and a quick walk to a good coffee shop if you need a morning latte.

There was a little drip in the bathtub and the coffee maker didn’t have a drawer to put the coffee pod in. Other than that it was fantastic!!

Room was ok. Only 1-2 roll of toilet paper in the Bathroom with no backup. No staff available so i has to go to the front desk for a roll. Also bedding was horrible!

Have stayed here several times and continue to come back as the rooms are always clean and it is quiet. The breakfast has several options and is good. Parking is easily accessible and check in is always a breeze.

Nice visit. Appreciate the noon checkout time.
Above average breakfast offering. Nice, caring staff. Very clean. Our room was missing hand towels, but that was not a big deal. Noon checkout time was helpful.

At least I saved water....
While the room was in mostly good condition, There were a few things that made the stay rather disappointing. There looked to be a ring of mold in the toilet bowl. There was also a little mold in one corner of the tub. I also judge hotels on how nice their showers are. Unfortunately, I was unable to take a shower due to the fact that the faucet must have been loose, and the weight of the handle would turn it to scorching HOT. Plus, the fact that the shower gel pump container was completely empty. So, no shower for me. I guess I'll take one after I drive 6 hours home. Since I've stayed at the hotel right next to this one, which is less expensive, with the same amenities, I'll not be staying here again.

Everyone at the hotel from front office, housekeeping, b’fast was exuding kindness which is so important these days. They all made you feel you were in a kind, accommodating hotel. Jason and Adrianne bent over backwards for me. I asked for a quiet area, I never heard a sound anywhere. The room probably needed a run through before I arrived as I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for awhile. Needed a bit of dusting, tissues, little things. Bed was comfy, a/c worked fine. B’fast was delicious. Just the right amount of choices. There was a smell in the hall as you come in the outside door on the east side. Ice machine did not work on the second floor on the east side. But was fixed the next day. I loved staying at the Hampton Suites on Bell Road in S’dale. Loved the location, it was close to everything I needed to do. I will surely stay there next time I am in Phoenix. Pls give my thanx to Jason and Adrianna, they were the best.

The management was so nice and kind! The location Is easy to find and close to downtown. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped we soap, shampoo, Kleenex, etc. we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The room was not properly cleaned, and there was no pencil or piece of paper for taking notes. I know those pencils and paper were in use 100 years ago, right? right. I stayed in cheaper places where they had plenty of shampoo samples and toothpaste toothbrushes. not here. But just when you were to go to bed and you needed them, you could go all the way from the third floor, the last room of the property, down to the lobby and get it. Got it?

Hotel was nicely laid out with big open dining area to sit in during breakfast. I liked the fact that the facility was in a quiet area and parking was close to the entry door. The breakfast offering was diverse and good.
