We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. The down fall was the parking, it was a walk to get to our place. People were friendly and it was clean!☀️

Great property grounds with a convenient location to all types of shopping, hikes, golf and other attractions. Definitely, recommend this property to others. We will be back soon. Great heated pool and hottub

It was an ok property. Was an older resort. Stayed 6 nights and never had housekeeping stop by. Parking was limited and really far from majority of units. They had golf cart service to pick you but was limited

A good stay and good value. Limited and not healthy food options. Arrived at night and all food closed by 9. Can’t fault the room. Pool area limited for the size of property. But for price was good.

The property was in a very nice area. We booked a king room but were told there was only two doubles available. We got inconsistent information from the front desk about access to the workout facility voucher (since the gym on site was being renovated). The waitress at the inside bar could have been more attentive the night we were there for a drink (March 25). There was very little check in from her and most of the time no one was behind the bar.

Great spot for golf. Golf course is amazing. Unit was clean and quiet. Fridge microwave toaster and coffee maker were all good. Resort is close to a grocery store as well as great restaurants and attractions. Aquarium and butterfly sanctuary are 5 MI away. Cubs spring training park is 20 mins away. Wifi is weak, pool is small and pkg is awkward. But we stayed in the very farthest unit and it was only 6 mins to walk to golf and the main bldg. Would stay here again.

Conveniently located. Bell hop service was very good. Parking is not convenient but not much can be done about that. Room was good sized but not very clean. No extra amenities. Not well stocked. Had to track people down to get towels etc. No exceptional perks.

Pros: spacious rooms, nice grounds, friendly staff, laundry on site (free, but very busy). Cons: we were in building 8, room 816. We did not have WiFi for the entire stay. I talked to guest services as well as the front desk and they both informed me that "the Internet is provided by a different party and here's the number." Okay. Why am I, a guest, calling to troubleshoot this? When I called the number they told me that they had numerous calls from the resort and they are working on it with no ETA. I had to sit on the sidewalk to work while I was there. The WiFi just didn't reach us in building 8. I doubt it ever works as the network wasn't even an option for us. Everything about this situation is unacceptable. I wasn't offered another room or a solution.

Staff is awesome and property is beautiful! The water pressure in the shower was poor and parking can be tricky but overall it was an excellent place to visit and we will be booking again in the future.

The rooms are awesome -- a full-length mirror would be a good addition to each room. Parking is a challenge and the walk to buildings 5-8 are a challenge -- but there was always a golf cart to pick us up etc. :)

Beautiful property grounds and the room was wonderful! Only thing we didn’t care for was the gentleman at the front desk that had to give us the speech on their “timeshare” products. Other than that we had an amazing time and will be back!

Lovely place to stay even if you don’t Golf. Rooms are large and comfortable, pool is heated with other activities to do with kids. Parking is sometimes an issue and far from the rooms but they offer golf cart rides.

We had a nice stay here. The room was nice, and spacious and the pool was great. The biggest issue was the internet; I had extended our stay with the plan to be able to work remote…unfortunately the internet was unusable even after paying for the “faster” service. I would not stay here again for a similar trip
