“Great resort with excellent suites!”

The resort from the road seems to lack excitement, but once you go in it is very nice. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The pool and golf course are great too! It is a very nice place to stay and we will recommend to our friends when they come to visit!!

“Scottsdale 2012”

We love the room, very clean and comfortable. Quiet also, could not hear our neighbors at all. Negatives: the laundry is not in the rooms and is quite the walk, but free once you get there. Parking could also be an issue depending on where your room was located. We got lucky with room placement (bldg 2).

“Looking forward to staying there again.”

This is a fabulous place to stay. It has everything you need for a great stay. We want to stay there again next year for a longer period of time. One week was not enough - we'll need at least two - maybe three!

“Pleasant Stay”

Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. I usually stay at luxury hotels and I was as satisfied with this hotel as any I have been recently.

“Orange Tree Resort”

I have stayed in phoenix-scottsdale at over a dozen resorts and for the money the Orange Tree cant be beat,. The bedroom and bathroom are big w/ big jetted tub. The living room-kitchen area are also very nice, The pool is not the biggest but the resort also has a nice golf course...The rates are always very inexpensive and its a tremendous value. Better than many higher priced hotels i stayed at

“Hidden Gem, Fantastic Room, Friendly Staff, TRY IT”

Very impressed with the size of the room. It was a nice change from the normal hotel room. It had a great bathroom, with a his and her vanity area. Outstanding bath/hot tub with plenty of room. There was a big walk in shower as well. The room had one of the best beds I can remember sleeping on. New flat screen TV's, a refrigerator, nice and spacious living room area; and it was very nice to have an actual patio. A lot of places claim you have one, only to realize you couldn't fit a chair on it. This patio had a table, a couple of great reclining chairs, view of the golf course. This room was really more of an apartment. The staff was very accommodating and friendly; since the lay out of the hotel is a little out of the normal, it can be somewhat of a walk from front lobby to room, but without hesitation, they carted back and forth (a blessing in temperature over 100 degrees, they were very friendly and helpful. There was a pool, although it wasn't anything remember-able, it was well kept, and had a lot of room to lay out and claim your space; so no complaints. The hotel also had a badminton court and horse shoe area. At first I thought this was odd, and definitely not the normal in valley hotels, but it was actually a blast to play and brought back some great memories of years past. The only recommendation I have for the hotel, is to offer room service if possible, and while there was a restaurant in which we ate breakfast, it was very limited with selections and so-so.
