Final Four trip
The description of the property was accurate and it was clean. We found the location convenient. The reason for my lower rating was the property has not been maintained. There are a lot of weeds in the back yard and the planters have dead plants in them. Even spraying the weeds would be an improvement.

Everything you need
This property has everything you need for a vacation with your friends. While the property is older, it's comfortable and well stocked and the backyard with heated pool is great. The owner was very responsive when we needed to communicate an issue.

Perfect home for making memories!
We enjoyed this house so much! It had plenty of room for our group! We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard swimming, bbqing, putting and relaxing! We will definitely be back!!!

Great family gathering
We had a great long weekend. The pool was great to relax by and swim in, hot tub was clean. House was very comfortable and perfect for accommodating our family of 6 adults. Great places to hike close by, Phoenix Botanical Garden is wonderful. We would stay here again!

Girls trip having fun chasing the sun!
4 longtime girlfriends getting away, 2 celebrating birthdays and just hanging out enjoying the sunshine and being together. The house was perfect and better than expected. We basically wanted 4 rooms with full-size beds ( which we had, 1 king & 3 queens). Beautiful accommodations all around and an amazing backyard with pool, hot tub, lots of lounge chairs and places to hangout in the sun or shade. A cute little putting green and bocce ball. If we had our husbands along we know they would have loved the BBQ set up! We will recommend and if we come back will check out availability! Very close to shopping and dining too!

This was just what we needed. A family vacation away from the cold and the pool and hot tub were amazing! From the ease of entry on check-in day, to the departure, everything was so easy. The stay was good. One of the days they had the grounds keeper come and cut the grass and trim the bushes, which to me should have been done before or after our stay and that also goes for the pool cleaning. We payed good money to stay here and was interrupted by this.

Hi Mary, We were sorry to hear that your stay fell short of expectations and wanted to follow up on the items you mention: - When you reported that the pool was cold, the owner had their pool tech there the same day to resolve the issue - They also took additional measures to compensate you for the inconvenience - As explained in the Welcome Book, both the pool and landscaping have to be regularly maintained to make sure that they're ready for all guests - The owner asked ahead of time if the landscapers coming over would be an issue, and you assured them that it was not a problem We're confident that the owner will continue to provide 5-star stays for their guests moving forward!

Amazingly family friendly
Loved the house. Amazing for families with children or without! Great for just relaxing out the backyard and enjoying family time. All beds where very comfortable and all amenities where amazing. Communication was great and service was amazing. This is THE preooerty to have in Phoenix!!!!

We booked this place for a friends/family vacation to renew our vows nearby. The pool was perfect! The pink flower petals sorta added to the ambiance in my opinion. The grill was clean and worked wonderfully. Everything we needed we had right there all the way down to solo cups and paper plates. The air conditioning provided a sweet relief from the AZ heat although the weather was pretty much perfect anyway. The outside oasis was perfect. We enjoyed nights outdoors on the porch watching TV. We had great communication with the host. The only thing is if it's all adults, you'll want to unplug the door alarm on the back door especially if you're enjoying a few cocktails and tend to get forgetful towards pushing the button before entering and exiting lol. The couch in the livingroom is EXTREMELY comfortable!!! Everything went great and I'd love to stay here again!! If you're looking for a laid back fun place to stay, look no further! The host is such a sweetheart and will go out of her way to help with anything you may need! 10/10 loved it!

We didn’t need to leave often, enjoyed the pool, hot tub and bbq. Kids and dog played in the back yard for hours. Located in a quiet neighborhood with zero interaction from neighbors. Amazing family property
This was a great proper for our family to relax and enjoy. The pool and patio area are outstanding, the Bbq works great!! Thai was our second stay at this property and we hope to go back again next time we are in the area. Lots of room for our family and the kids enjoyed the backyard- pool, hot tub, patio area with TV, and playground area. Plenty of towels and linens. Great family property. Master bedroom downstairs while the rest of the bedrooms upstairs. Great communication from the host - and extremely helpful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This house was amazing! Property was clean and very nicely decorated. Plenty of room for our family of 7. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and Target and grocery store right up the street. Laundry room made it nice to wash towels and clothes nightly. Plenty of beach towels and a few intact pool floats in the pool house. Had an issue with the pool hose and host got someone out the next day! If we needed anything our host got back to me right away even with the bed type so I could order one for home! The beds were amazing! Can’t say enough praise about this property, we WILL be back!!

Family Reunion
It was an excellent place to hold our small family reunion. My two young granddaughters enjoyed the playset. The unheated pool water was cold, but several of us used it anyway. The home and yard were excellent. The host communicated with us several times to make sure everything was fine. I would definitely recommend this to others, and plan on doing similar vacations in the future.

The house is great. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. The pool, hot tub, playground and outdoor area were all great. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. We had a great time. Only one negative and a things to be aware of. The pool isn’t heated and even though it was in the high 80’s everyday the pool was too cold to go in which was hard on our kids. The playground was awesome for little ones but the sprinklers watered in the morning and evening and for a large part of the day the grass was so muddy it was hard for them to stay clean (but oh well). The stairs are pretty steep for little ones so just be aware of that. Overall, a great place to go and super family friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and when the pool is heated we will back!

This house was awesome. From the moment of booking, the property managers were very responsive and provided all details needed to prepare for our first trip to AZ. Everything was spotless, and laid out perfectly. I appreciated the binder with additional details about the house and helpful information about the city. When I had a question about locating a plunger, the property manager responded to my email very quickly. The bed was so comfortable - I wish I had that mattress at my own home. I also enjoyed the bathroom speaker so I can play music as I got ready. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to the express way, which makes for easy travel to basically anywhere. Just book - you won’t regret it.

Friends getaway
Our group of four came down from Canada for a relaxing vacation. This property was exactly what we wanted! The house was beautiful, and exactly what the pictures showed online. The back yard was perfect, the pool was amazing, the bbq worked great and had plenty of room to prep all your meals out side. Inside the house had everything you need, quite literally was a “home away from home”. It was clean, very well kept and well stocked with all the essentials! A few other things that made our stay that much more enjoyable... Water temperature was perfect, they had floaties available, pools towels supplied, change room poolside, outdoor tv was a bonus, the beds were amazing (not just the master bed), and the location was central to all the main hubs! All in all a great trip and our whole party would highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful family vacation
The house was perfect for our family vacation. We brought our 4 kids- oldest 13 and youngest 3. There was plenty of room and plenty to keep them entertained! They loved the pool and the playground. Netflix was available on the Tv. There was plenty of eating/ dining areas where we could have enough room to all sit together and enjoy meals. My husband loved the BBQ set up. The kitchen was well stocked with plateware and silverware- enough pots and pans, and even had a knife set and sharpener. There were plenty of towels- both bath towels and pool towels. As well as the washer/dryer with laundry soap. The hosts really equipped this house to fit your need and provide the basics. The weather was very hot (temps above 107 most of the time we were there) but the pool was perfect for cooling off as well as providing plenty of shade in the backyard. There was even a little gated dog area where our family dog could roam around. The beds were super comfortable and the master bedroom is fairly large. We ended up setting up our queen size air mattress for our little boys and we still had plenty of room. The closets were stocked with extra blankets and pillows as well as hangers for our clothes. Though we didn’t get a chance to use it, there is a fire pit and seating area in the front yard. Hopefully on our next visit we will get to use it. The instructions on how to work everything and where everything was located was super easy to follow and very helpful. There is great lighting in the backyard and the kids loved the Pool and spa lighting. There were games provided for family time- my kids must have done the Paw Patrol puzzle 30 times- as well as a stereo and outside tv for entertainment. We really were able to enjoy quality family time at this home. My kids weren’t even interested in exploring Phoenix as they loved the house and all of its amenities so much! There was plenty of grocery stores in the area as well as restaurant. Short drive to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Check in was easy, communication was good, great air conditioning, hone had what we needed and was clean. Backyard was wonderful and great place for family and friends to gather. Not too small and not too big. We were able to look at our pictures from the day on the outside screen. There were stores and coffee within a short distance. We would return. There are only couple things I would mention which they can"t really do much about. In our minimal experience in the area Highway 7 seemed to have the most traffic. Just time it right and that is not much of an issue. I did not love the master bathroom. It is on the main floor and the bathroom opens directly onto the dining area/kitchen. This would not have bothered me so much if the door shut completely and locked. I am mom and traveling with my two teen boys it made me uncomfortable. It was not awful and not a deal breaker but shutting all the way and locking is important to me especially in a high traffic area of the home. This home is perfect for what it is used for. It was our base as we explored north and south of Phoenix. We decided we love the desert and I will say again that we would retun to this home.

Top notch patio
This house was pretty good for four family, the only real complaint we had was there was no pool heat and it did hit the 90’s while we were down there but water was still way to cold to swim. Thank goodness for hot tub that kind of saved the day!!! Kids loved the room to run outside and the swing set....one thing I think should be mention for people with smaller children (ours are 2 & 3) is that 3 of the bedrooms are upstairs. We were rather nervous about our children sleeping up there as the stairs are fairly steep and wood not carpet so can be slippery....luckily we didn’t have problems but I think it should be noted for people bringing children. All and all it was a good place to stay!

The house is fine, but the service we received was terrible. My mom, sister and I and our three teenage girls were there for a family girls’ trip. When we arrived we discovered there was 6 towels for the entire week. When we contacted the manager to request more towels we were told that their policy was one towel and one washcloth per person. We said that we had 5 girls with long hair so we would need at least two towels each. They refused and said we could use the outdoor pool towels if needed. Even after we argued, they refused. To make matters much worse, when we we lifted the lid to use the hot tub, we discovered the water was green and smelled horrendous! When we contacted the manager, they sent a pool person over to treat the water. He said we had to wait a few hours before we could use it. We used it the next day and my youngest daughter ended up with hot tub folliculitis - a terrible rash caused from dirty hot tubs. We spent the rest of our vacation dealing with that rash. And to make matters worse, two large dogs next door barked incessantly. We’ve done a lot of vacation rental homes. Never have we had a bad experience with service like this.

They provide one set of towels per person with additional pool towels also available. Guests have full access to the washer and dryer and can launder their towels at any time, but we apologize that this didn't meet your needs. We understand the hot tub was serviced immediately upon hearing your concerns and the chemicals needed time to work, so your group was asked to wait a bit before using it. We're surprised to hear this feedback since you requested to stay an extra day and we apologize we were unable to accommodate your request due to another guest's check-in. Good family house
Very well-stocked kitchen; wonderful backyard with lots to entertain the kids. Interior felt spacious. Appreciated laundry facilities. Owners were friendly and responsive. Just as FYI - the pool isn’t heated and was too cold for adults to use in late March (the kids braved it for short periods). :) The playground in the back was a huge hit with the kids.
