HORRIBLE HORRIBLE noises coming from AC unit all night. Told the front desk and they made a note for maintenance to come by and look. When we got back at end of day no one had been there. Went back to front desk and they sent someone who didn't speak English and didn't know what we were talking about. He took a quick peek and said it was fine. Continuous horrible noises all night from AC and also floor above us. Price was right but I wouldn't do it again

Ok so the hotel was ok, but what I did not like was that there were what looked like people fixing their car late at night like around 10:30 and they looked kind of sketchy, scary, I felt unsafe.

It’s super clean doesn’t smell like smoke and quiet. Love that they have fresh eggs and sausage made everyday and can make your own waffles. Staff is nice and there’s places to eat at walking distance.

The pool area and pool were not cleaned. There was one table with an umbrella in a 98 degree full sun day. The room we had might have well had no windows. When we opened the curtains there was an outside wall in front of the windows. We could not see outside. It was like we were in a box. The breakfast was very good.

If you are visiting Surprise, the location is fine but it’s a bit of a drive from the airport. Hotel needs a refresh. It’s a little dark and dated. My room had plumbing issues.

We had a nice stay at this property. It was conveniently located near family’s residence. The bed was comfortable, the space was roomy, and the A/C in the room was a little loud but otherwise everything worked out well for what we needed.

The property is very tired. The hallways smelled of mold and/or stale beer. The staff lacked enthusiasm. The gym was lacking some basic items (mats, dumbbell variety, bench).

The staff were amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. With the exception of the pull out bed. The framework was broken and needed to be supported with the couch cushions to be used.

Our overall experience was good. It's an excellent value given what you get. * Suite: The space is nice to have for a family of 4. I would have preferred a queen size bed. * Pool: It was clean but there were a few stain spots. * Breakfast: It had a good selection and the quality was above average.
