I loved the overall minimal design of the hotel and room. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful all throughout my stay. The pool area was very beautiful and I appreciated that there was access to the beach as well.

Stayed there for 2 nights, room was clean and staff was nice and helpful, definitely love the beach view from my window, convenient location with walking distance to the local stores/restaurants, love their breakfast pho, it was one of the best I have ever had, definitely will stay again if I visit Phu Quoc in the future.

We booked 2 deluxe double suites and I have to say the room was was spacious and had a beautiful view. After that things were disappointing. My husband choked on a piece of plastic in a smoothie the size of a coconut shred. We found 2 more and a foil seal probably from juice box. Told the staff they need to be careful. We got an apology and moved on. We order lunch which was pretty bad. Ordered a smoothie again this time they spilled it on me. During our whole stay they were working on the stairs to beach, which we maneuver around to get to water. However, the worst part is when we were relaxing at the pool 3 workers decided to pound on metal after an hour we begged them to please stop.Then they decided to work on vacant room across from us until 10:30pm. When we were checking out they said that a small plastic container of bath salt was missing. I told her that the first night I had requested a replacement since the one in the room was stuck from the humidity and was unable to open so I threw it away that is why there was one left in room. Since they hold on to your passport they said I needed to pay for it (15K VND). I was in shock, so I told the young lady no problem you can pay me back for the 2 smoothies (160K VND) that I was charged for. Thats when she back pedaled. At this point our whole family was so ready to leave and so looking forward to our next destination.

Needs improving
On arrival we were forced to hand over one of our passports or give 500,000 vnd cash as security even though our room was paid. The staff were pleasant but not very professional & communication difficult. Room was very compact, little room for luggage. Shower low pressure & kept surging. Breakfast on some days was buffet, others were choices from set menu. The hotel was clean but surrounding area and looking down to beach area was filthy with rubbish and was very disappointing to see so much going into the ocean. Pool & deck areas nice in the heat

Great view from the room
View was great, room and staff were good n friendly, let down by the lift breaking down frequently and food nothing to shout about. Good location to night market, hotel amenities were basic.

My husband and I booked the Rooftop Oceanview Suite for 4 nights. We were excited for the room, thinking we'd have a "suite" experience. While the floor to ceiling windows gave a beautiful view, the rest of the room wasn't so great. It's small. The bathroom sink in the bedroom, there's no countertop by the sink, and the toilet and shower are together. We had 4 hangers and no dresser/shelves for our clothes. The room was fairly clean, though we found tiny ants on our bed or on other surfaces. The main door is also transparent so bring a sleep mask! The staff was pretty absent. We were there in June and the hotel was mostly empty. The staff were often sitting around playing on their phones. They didn't look up to greet us when we came and left and there was frequently a girl sitting on the floor behind the bar playing on her phone. The pool was a good size, but not one if you're looking for sunshine while swimming. The beach had large pieces of garbage each day (tires, half a suitcase, styrofoam coolers) and the neighboring yard is like a junkyard from the back. Not once on our pool day did anyone ask if we wanted a drink or anything. They also wanted to keep a passport or pay (no way we were leaving them with a stranger). We CHARGED the 2 million per day for keeping them in our possession and received a refund when we left. We stayed at hotels in Ha noi and Hoi an before coming here and experienced nothing but kindness so this place was a surprising bummer.

Very modern and beautiful rooms and beautiful grounds. The only downside is both a small pool area and very small beach but it's just the nature of this being a small hotel. Overall very nice hotel

Everyone at M Hotel Phu Quoc was just amazing: so kind, helpful, fun, and genuine. It was truly a memorable stay. The buffet alone is worth the stay, but there is just so much more that M has to offer. The rooms are sleek, elegant, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. The views are stunning. Lounge around the pool, swim in the ocean. And as it’s so centrally located, there’s just so much M has to offer. If you plan on visiting Phu Quoc, stay at M Hotel.

Das Hotel an sich ist ganz schön und man kann hier gut übernachten. Es ist allerdings grade nachts durch die Straße und die bellenden Hunde sehr laut. Ich würde auf jeden Fall beim buchen darauf achten, dass das Zimmer zum Meer ist. Was mir auch nicht so gefallen hat, ist das die Toilette und die Dusche in dem selben abgetrennten Raum waren. Nach dem Duschen war so der Weg zur Toilette komplett nass. Sonst ist die Lage wirklich gut, direkt in der Stadt, man kommt mir Grab überall hin

급하게 예약했지만 위치가 야시장도 가깝고 빈버스 승강장도 근처라 좋았어요.객실도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절했습니다.조식,수영장등 시설도 만족합니다.마지막날 밤 비행기라 체크아웃하고 짐보관후 오후에 시내구경하고 저녁에 호텔 수영장 사워부스에서 깨끗이 씻고 출발할수있어서 추천합니다.

This hotel is located near the night market, and in addition, a minute walk will bring you to the nearest bus stop of Vin Bus (free). The view is splendid, the bed is soft and comfortable, and you can enjoy both the pool and the sea. What was disappointing was that there was a procession of ants invading into the room, of course it was very disgusting, but the cleaning staff sprayed insecticide and they disappeared soon.

시내에 위치해서 택시 기사님들이 아주 잘 압니다. 즈엉동야시장과 진꺼우사원이 걸어서 5~10분 거리에 있고, 마사지샵도 주변에서 가까워요. 식사나 과일 사다 먹기가 너무 편하고 좋은 위치입니다. 직원분들 친절하고 룸도 대체로 깨끗하게 관리됩니다. 구비된 물건들도 좋고요. 생각보다 조식이 풍부해서 아침조식이 기다려졌어요. 쌀국수 과일 차 커피 토스트 등등 너무 좋았습니다. 조식먹는 곳에서도 바다의 소리를 들으면서 먹을 수 있어요. 수영장은 깨끗하고 바다멍, 파도멍을 할 수 있는 공간과 선베드 빈백이 준비되어 있어요. 수영장주변에는 날벌레와 개미가 많은데 야외이다 보니 어쩔 수 없습니다.(이건 이해하세요) 해변으로 내려갈 수 있게 연결되어 있으니 이용해 보세요. 전체적으로 가성비가 좋고 장점이 많은 호텔입니다. 무료로 공항 샌딩 서비스를 해줘요.^^
