Everything in the home is well marked and clear instructions are readily available where needed. “We really enjoyed our stay! The house was a short drive to Picton, which made it convenient for exploring local breweries and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was lots of space and games to entertain the kids. The pizza oven was a unique bonus! Monica was a great host, quick to answer any questions we had.”

We zipped to the county to watch the Solar Eclipse, checked into the property and didn’t leave. It is comfortable, clean and ideal for a fun adventure. Well located, easily accessible and close to everything, this property becomes “home” before even putting down your bags. Cannot recommend more highly.”

“Our stay was great from the moment we walked in the door. The rooms were cosy and comfortable and the cottage was spotless. It was very well stocked from linens to plates/glasses/cutlery to coffee, tea, hot chocolate and spices. There was even all the fixings for homemade dressing as well as 2 bottles of local wine. The view was a stunning gift each morning, watching the sun rise over the water. I look forward to returning again!”

“Since 2011 we have been coming to the Prince Edward county for our Thanksgiving getting together. According to our family, this year was one of the best Thanksgiving celebration and we should come back to this place for our Thanksgiving getting together in 2024.”

“Grandparents appreciated how master bedroom and full bath were on main floor for easy access. We also loved all the comfy beds and bedroom setup which worked beautifully for young and old. The modern kitchen was well equipped and big windows looking out to the green space and marsh ... we saw frogs, butterflies and hummingbirds in the backyard. One star deduction for spider webs on patio furniture but we understand we are sharing the space with Mother Nature. Overall lovely.”

“We were 7 adults all retiaries. 3 couples and one single. all the couples loved theirs rooms, their bedding, and beds. The single person was not able to squeezed into the small room and those beds were not for adults. She was afraid of not being able to escape in case of emergency.
